On the Sunday before Christmas weekend, late morning, Precision was able to send a tech out to replace the broken spring on our garage door (discovered the hard way when the door wouldn't raise for us to get the car out). Their tech, Alex Stack, was extremely prompt and cheery (in clear contract to the stress I was feeling, worrying how I was going to get the car out of the garage to get to work and run errands). When we called the company, they gave an estimate for when they would arrive, but Alex also communicated a closer estimate by calling us about 15 mins to his arrival, so we were able to clean the house and carry on with our baby rather than wait by the door. He arrived within an hour or so of our call to the company, and he fixed the spring within an hour or so of arriving. The door works great now, just like new. He was clear about the cost, it was affordable and reasonable, and Alex's service was exceptional. I would call this company again for any garage door service I need. I recommend them hands down.

Technician was very friendly and helpful. Would have given 5 stars if they didn't charge me 200 bucks for a sprocket replacement kit that you can get on Amazon for 20 bucks. Next time I'll go a few days without a garage door opener and fix it myself. Wish I would have priced the kit before they fixed it. Won't be calling these guys again! What a ripoff!

I always go to TrustVets.com for my home maintenance needs. It's the least I can do for those who have served. I was very pleased with the service. Alex was very friendly and explained everything to me that he would be doing to repair the garage door opener and the rollers on the door itself. He let me know the cost of everything before he began his work. He provided me with information on how to keep up the maintenance on the rollers too. Thank you for a job well done! The business cards that I brought to work have disappeared, so that should be a good sign!!

Best service ever!! I received an email appointment confirmation when I booked the service. I recieved a call from the tech that they were on their way & an email with a photo of the tech. They arrived on time. Gave me a thorough estimate & explanation of the problem. The repair was finished in less than 1 hour. Compkete walk rhroufh when completed explaining everything they fixed or repaired. Best service company. I would recommend them to everyone, including my mother!!!!

Late this afternoon, my garage door refused to close after a number of attempts. I finally called Precision Door Service for help, worried that it may be too late for anyone to come to my home and I did not want the garage door to remain open overnight. Loved that the appointment reminder text came with a photo of the technician, so I knew Duncan when he arrived. He was efficient, had all the equipment available, and very professional. He also showed me how to troubleshoot if necessary. Highly recommend.

The technician arrived promptly as promised. I was subjected to a certain amount of "upselling" -- talk of replacing the garage door opener for $500 rather than simply splicing a broken wire; talk of replacing the entire garage door because of a small crack -- but when I made it clear to AJ that I simply wanted enough done to get the door working properly, he cheerfully went along with my wishes and completed the job quite quickly & economically. Since he carried all the necessary parts in the truck, there was no delay while he went to get parts. Since the job was over $100, the $60 service fee for coming out to the house was eliminated. The door is working well, although I am warranteed only on parts. Highly recommended.

Our garage door spring broke, trapping both of our vehicles in the garage. Since it was Sunday, I had no idea how long it would take. I found Precision website, and the chat function popped up. A service technician was available, and we had a repair in about 3 hours! So we were thrilled. The technician was very professional and careful. Email confirmation of the appointment was appreciated. I really just wish all companies had service like this.

Our garage door stopped working on Sunday morning and we needed a quick repair or else I wasn't sure how I was going to get to work on Monday. Our repairman, Duncan, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He came out on Sunday afternoon and looked at what needed to be done and gave us a price quote before he did any work. He did a fantastic job and even fixed the second garage door that we had not called about. The fix was quick and easy and very well priced. We were pleasantly surprised at the service and the cost. We definitely highly recommend Precision Door if you need garage door repairs.
