It was such a great experience. I messaged them on their website Sunday afternoon and was able to get an appointment for the next day. Jonathan Zwart was the technician that visited my home and he was a professional. He was able to show me exactly why my garage door opener wasn't working and gave me plenty of information about how the door was supposed to work. I will definitely work with Precision anytime I need garage door work done. They are a great company!

Jonathan called on his way to our home and arrived on time. After the initial inspection he thoroughly explained what was needed to repair the door and why it was needed. He also serviced the garage door opener and made sure it was working properly. Finally, he showed me how to lubricate the hinges and bearings. Although I was a little surprised at the cost, Jonathan did a great job.

Tried a different garage door company I had used in the past for a repair/replacement. That company had not returned a phone message for 3 days. I chose Precision based on other customer reviews and reading the biography. I really thought the pictures of team members and focus on customer safety was huge. I knew exactly who the technician was and informed the entire time. Service was prompt and entire garage system was evaluated- not just the initial problem. Would recommend Precision every time.

I had a door that would only go up a few feet. I determined that there must have be a broken spring, although I couldn't see the springs and determined that they must be within the tube shaft.. I called Precision, and they came out within two hours of my call. Jonathan Zwart, the technician explained that I had a Dalton Torquemaster lift assembly which were light duty, and suggested that the entire assembly be replaced. It was evident from the size of the spring that was broken, that the assembly was not suitable Jonathan completed the conversion quickly and answered all my questions.
We are happy to have helped take care of your garage door issue in such a timely fashion. We know that household repair needs are an inconvenience and we aim to make them as painless as possible by taking care of it right the first time. Precision disassembled old door, hauled away, and installed new one. Chris did a great job suggesting and informing us about getting the new door. Mylee set us up with scheduling. Donny did a great job installing door, keeping work area neat and instructing functions of door and openers when completed. All said and done… we’re very pleased with every stage of this project! 3 stars. 8-8-22. Jameson did okay, he's a okay guy. Everything was just okay. I know I wanted a new opener. Jamesom offered me a $1k garage door opener. I told him I called before service and was quoted $599. So then we agreed on $619 for a new opener. Got rollers, bottom brackets and cables on both sides replaced. That was a different cost. I was okay with price. He had issues with the Genie opener install. Said it would be 2 hours. Took 4+ hours. Also forgot to bring my light bulb that was included in purchase. But he brought it the next day. I noticed 2 loose nuts and bolts. The 2 Hockey Stick nuts and bolts were very loose and able to turn out by hand, called him and he said yes they need to be tight. I was able to do it myself. He was very rushed so he forgot. Also left staples on my garage floor. I sweep but just would have liked it clean with service. End result was okay. Didn't love it, didn't hate it... slightly disappointed given that they have 4.9 stars on Google.

Very wothwhile experience. What resulted in being only a minor issue was valuable in having Service Tech, Mike Greek, proivde some valuable insight and information for going forward. Was very hlad he could come and look over the garage door and its condition. Needed to have door seals and seal channels replaced on two 25-year old garage doors. Arranged for the work using the on-line chat. That was easy and worked well. The work was scheduled for the following day. I really appreciated the timing windows being 2 hours rather than the more common 4 hour slots. We received an email confirming schedule, one with the technician’s name (Colton) & his picture, and then a call shortly before he arrived. That all worked very well. Good system. Colton recommended door replacement, which I found a bit surprising, but considering their age maybe it probably should not have been. After discussion of door replacement cost & wait time and having a closer look at the condition of the doors, we went ahead with the repair as planned. Work was done in a timely manner and the end result met expectations. Will very likely have Precision replace the garage doors in the future.
