Setting up the appointment was easy and timely and I appreciated the friendly customer service. The Technician (Devon Nelson) showed up on time and immediately started to diagnose the problem. Devon was very friendly, engaging, well organized and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem and immediately removed the faulty garage door opener and replaced it with a similar belt drive garage door opener, as well as all of the remotes and the hard wired opener inside the garage. When the job was completed, Devon cleaned everything up and hauled away all of the discarded materials. He completed the project in about two hours. I am very pleased with Precision Door Service (They repaired another garage door previously) and would highly recommend them for a professional and reasonably priced garage door related repair or installation!

Our experience with them was very good. Contacted them after hours and they returned the call within the hour. Devon show up for the estimate on time and answer all of our questions. The install crew of Chris and Eric were very good also. They were very professional on the install. They also did a great job cleaning up after the job and hauling away the old damaged door. Lastly, I was not originally aware of a discount coupon for the door when I paid. I called Kristi after the fact and she credited my account immediately. No problem! Overall our experience was very good!

On the Sunday before Christmas weekend, late morning, Precision was able to send a tech out to replace the broken spring on our garage door (discovered the hard way when the door wouldn't raise for us to get the car out). Their tech, Alex Stack, was extremely prompt and cheery (in clear contract to the stress I was feeling, worrying how I was going to get the car out of the garage to get to work and run errands). When we called the company, they gave an estimate for when they would arrive, but Alex also communicated a closer estimate by calling us about 15 mins to his arrival, so we were able to clean the house and carry on with our baby rather than wait by the door. He arrived within an hour or so of our call to the company, and he fixed the spring within an hour or so of arriving. The door works great now, just like new. He was clear about the cost, it was affordable and reasonable, and Alex's service was exceptional. I would call this company again for any garage door service I need. I recommend them hands down.

Technician was very friendly and helpful. Would have given 5 stars if they didn't charge me 200 bucks for a sprocket replacement kit that you can get on Amazon for 20 bucks. Next time I'll go a few days without a garage door opener and fix it myself. Wish I would have priced the kit before they fixed it. Won't be calling these guys again! What a ripoff!

I always go to TrustVets.com for my home maintenance needs. It's the least I can do for those who have served. I was very pleased with the service. Alex was very friendly and explained everything to me that he would be doing to repair the garage door opener and the rollers on the door itself. He let me know the cost of everything before he began his work. He provided me with information on how to keep up the maintenance on the rollers too. Thank you for a job well done! The business cards that I brought to work have disappeared, so that should be a good sign!!

Best service ever!! I received an email appointment confirmation when I booked the service. I recieved a call from the tech that they were on their way & an email with a photo of the tech. They arrived on time. Gave me a thorough estimate & explanation of the problem. The repair was finished in less than 1 hour. Our garage door spring broke, trapping both of our vehicles in the garage. Since it was Sunday, I had no idea how long it would take. I found Precision website, and the chat function popped up. A service technician was available, and we had a repair in about 3 hours! So we were thrilled. The technician was very professional and careful. Email confirmation of the appointment was appreciated. I really just wish all companies had service like this.
