I called Precision with an issue I was having with the garage door and they were out the next day. Adam, the technician, was great. Very professional with excellent suggestions. He had everything that he needed with him. He was quick and efficient, and explained everything after he was done. I can't really comment on their pricing, as I did not get other quotes and don't really have a good grasp on these costs. Of course today everything is more than we expect, but they seem reasonable and I was happy to get everything taken care of so quickly and professionally. That is worth a lot.

Remarkably fast service. An appointment was available 6 hrs after I called. Patrick arrived at 4 pm, performed the inspection and was very clear about repairs and replacement options. We elected to replace our opener since the old one was almost 15 years old. The new opener offers a lot of security improvements that we really like. I made the appointment on a Sunday using my phone. The cable had snapped in the garage. It was easy to set it up. I got an email confirming the date and time. Then on the day of the service, I received a photo of the technician with a bio and his phone number telling me he was on the way! Best customer service I've experienced in a long time!
