Precision Door has friendly, rapid customer service and timely communication methods (phone, email, text). My garage doors, 10+ years old, were off their tracks and generally not closing well. I thought I would have to get new doors! I call PD, get an appointment right away, Jason arrives, calls before he comes over, diagnoses the problem quickly with a detailed explanation and great interpersonal skills and positive attitude, fixes the issue in about and hour, tells me what he did and recommends future improvements, great price, pay on the spot with credit card. BAM! Game over. This company rocks, I highly recommend Precision Door!!!

There was constant communication and even an email from Jon telling us a little about himself and his family along with his picture. From start to finish this was a pleasant experience, all done by noon same day! Prompt and polite customer service answered call to schedule appt. Offered 2 hour windows all day. Confirmed via text and email. The technician Devon also called and texted me to see if he could come early - yes! Devon was knowledgeable and polite. Explain the costs of each procedure. He even know when Precision's last visit to our house was, and what they did. Devon completed the tasks in 30 minutes. Awesome job. Doors hum.
