Precision was my third call. I had first called two other companies that I had used in the past. The wait was a week from both. I went on line and looked for another company. After checking reviews I called Precision and was able to get a tech out the next day. Jason was right on time, very personable and efficient. He replaced the broken spring and had the door working in 20 minutes. The price was less than I expected and I also received a Military discount. I will put Precision on top of my list for any future repairs.

Precision did a beautiful job replacing all the components of the door - rollers, cable, etc. they also installed the lift master opener and the new myQ features make it easy versus having all the remotes. Nice when your expecting company and you can open your door from anywhere. Would highly recommend. I can tell you Jason was excellent, professional, timely, worked and cleaned up after himself. Excellent work!

Precision Door Service, We called another company and they came out to fixed a broken cable. They got the door to go up but had to put it down manually until parts we needed came in. They said the parts would take 6 to 8 weeks to come in. I told them my husband just had hip replacement and has a broken bone and would not be able to manually put the door down so he would have to park outside until the part came in. I then called Precision and told them the situation and my husband's hip issue. They had someone out in a couple of hours. Jason Schuster was the technician that came out. He gave excellent recommendations, said he had the parts, told me that if he put in additional struts we wouldn't need the replacement parts, and said he could be out the next day to fix it. I also told him about my husband's hip issue and we had another appointment the next day to look at the broken bone again. I also told him we hoped to retire and move to AZ in the next year. He was out the next day and fixed the door. Both visits he was exactly on time, did excellent work, and before he left, he asked how my husband's hip appointment went, and hoped he was feeling better soon. He also said he hoped we got to retire to AZ next year. He used all the the protocols for Covid-19, which we appreciated even though we have all had our shots here. It's hard to get service like this these days. I will definitely recommend Precision Door Service to anyone else. I am President of our Association here, and have Homeowners who are asking for this kind of help. I have also put a note on the sticker he put on our door for the next owner to use if anything else happens to the door. Thank you all for your help.

A spring on our garage door broke and we did not realize it until trying to get the door open Friday, mid-day. First place I called could not be out until Monday at the earliest --- I called Precision and the tech was here approximately 70 minutes after I called. Fast (very fast) service at a reasonable price. Precision will be my first call if ever needed again.

Chris was our tech, he arrived on time and did an excellent job. He explained what he was going to do and found 2 frayed cables that had to be replaced. He cleaned, greased, and added new rollers and the door is much quieter and works better than ever. I had a gap on the bottom of the door and he solved that also. I will definitely use Precision Door Service again.

I called in the morning and they were out the same day within the 2 hour time frame they gave me. The tech called before hand twice, once to let me know it would be the latter half of the time frame and again when he was 30 minutes out. While I needed to replace the door opener, Jason did a thorough inspection of the door and cables. He then prepped good, better and best recommendations and suggested the door cables should be replaced. I selected one option and okayed the cables and he was done removing the old and installing the new opener and cables in less than 1.5 hours. Because my car is older the Homelink wouldn't work with the new unit, so they threw in the Homelink Bridge Kit. Terrific, professional work all the way around. Highly recommended
