Adam listened to my explanation of what the opener/door were doing and then spent quality time examining the door both in its parts and in its movement. Of course, it would not act up today with the technician there. He made me feel comfortable with the current status of the door, and gave me a possible remedy if it should recur.

To our surprise, he was able to straighten a part, so the actual price was $125 lower. We found him to be very honest. He reviewed what he had done and showed where to lubricate to avoid future trouble. Great job overall. Highly recommend!
