The tech that came out was extremely professional, very friendly, and put me completely at ease. He came out in below zero weather, never complained, and was clearly thankful to have a job! He made great recommendations and was honest about what needed to be done now versus what could wait until warmer weather. He repaired my emergency and I couldn't have asked for better!!

The technition A.J. was very knowledgeable quickly assesed the problem and repaired it accordingly with a new key pad. He was on time in fact called earlier because he had some available time to complete the job earlier. He conducted a psot inspection of the work and tested the system several times to ensure it's proper working order. A.J. was very friendly and provided great customer service. I would highly recomend Precision door.

Originally looked at Precision Door because we were unhappy with the previous 2 companies we had worked with on our garage door. AJ came to our house, was able to help troubleshoot issues with our opener, but not only that, identified some potentially hazardous issues with how the previous companies had "fixed" the door. AJ was able to walk me through all the issues and help give me a quote for a new door (which should have happened with the last company rather than their "fix"). AJ was patient with all my questions, had answers ready, and ultimately gave us a good price on a new door. Thank you AJ and Precision Door! I will definitely be calling them again for Garage door issues (just hopefully not too soon!)

Great!!! We had an Angie's coupon for a garage door tune-up and roller replacement, and Jason did such a great job that we hired him to do the same on our second garage door. Jason was very knowledgeable and efficient. We have had this same service from other companies over the years, and Jason did the best job ever in that the doors are now so quiet and smooth, they sound and act like they are new. We will be using Precision Door in the future!

These guys are on point. From the first call to make an appointment, to the technician who came to my house, this process was extremely professional and enjoyable. on July 19,2017 as our garage door was closing, a cable broke and the door crashed. both of our vehicles were in the garage and we had an early evening family event to get to. I checked on line for Emergency Repair service. After several unsuccessful calls, Precision said they could help. Jason arrived as promised and within time for us to spare, got the 4 panel wooden (heavy) door up and secured. Our cars were driven out. Jason closed the door. Five star job!!
