He identified the problem, as well as some maintenance that could be done to prevent further issues. He gave me options, and fixed the issue so I could rest easy that my door was able to be closed tonight. I appreciate the prompt service!

This is my second time working with Precision. I was extremely satisfied with the service and work that my technician, Devon did today with my garage door repair. He was timely, very knowledgeable and helpful with next steps and recommendations for my broken garage door opener. Not to mention, it was -12 degrees out and he never once complained about the working conditions or cold weather. The job was complete within 30 minutes of his arrival. Job well done! I will be calling Precision and requesting Devon for any other garage door repairs needed in my near future.

Wow, this company provides some of the best service I have ever experienced anywhere! Our garage door stopped working on Saturday night, and I needed to get my car out for a business trip on Sunday. I called at 8pm on a Saturday, and a LIVE PERSON answered! I almost fell out of my chair. She set up an appointment for 8am the next morning (Sunday!), and the guy pulled up at 7:59am. He had the door fixed within 20 minutes, and the cost was extremely reasonable. I will always come back to this company for garage door service. I wish they did other types of service, too!

I picked Precision because when I googled garage door repair your company came up offering service today (Christmas Eve) and I had just been stood up for a scheduled appointment by another company. Jon came at the appointed time about three hours later and fixed our broken door and upgraded both our garage doors and re-did my codes on one of them as well. Very professional company. I was able to schedule an appointment within one day. The salesperson was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. I ordered a new garage door on that same day. When the door was ready I was able to schedule an installation time which worked with my schedule. A young man very qualified for his work arrived at my home at 8:00 this morning to fix my garage door. He was prompt, friendly, and ready to go to work. I noticed how he seemed to enjoy his work. He gave me an estimate as what it would cost to complete what needed to be done and went to work. When the job was completed he explained what was done and I could see that he made an improvement in how the door opener looked and certainly how it worked! I'd have Ian back anytime my garage door or opener needed work.

Devon came out to service my garage door. In 15 minutes he had diagnosed the issue and fixed it. He also explained the issue in easy to understand terms and told me what steps to take if the problem happened again. Very impressed with Devon and everyone I had contact with at Precision Door.
