I can’t say enough about Devon. He came out for service today as we had trouble with our garage door. From the start he was very professional. What Devon ended up finding (very quickly I might add) was a simple fix. He was very honest with his findings, took care of me, set me up and went on his way. He made sure that I didn’t have any questions and was professional all the way out the driveway.

Alex was prompt and polite, even though it was an after hours call and freezing cold, and the garage is detached. He identified the problem, as well as some maintenance that could be done to prevent further issues. He gave me options, and fixed the issue so I could rest easy that my door was able to be closed tonight. I appreciate the prompt service!

This is my second time working with Precision. I was extremely satisfied with the service and work that my technician, Devon did today with my garage door repair. He was timely, very knowledgeable and helpful with next steps and recommendations for my broken garage door opener. Not to mention, it was -12 degrees out and he never once complained about the working conditions or cold weather. The job was complete within 30 minutes of his arrival. Job well done! I will be calling Precision and requesting Devon for any other garage door repairs needed in my near future.

Wow, this company provides some of the best service I have ever experienced anywhere! Our garage door stopped working on Saturday night, and I needed to get my car out for a business trip on Sunday. I called at 8pm on a Saturday, and a LIVE PERSON answered! I almost fell out of my chair. She set up an appointment for 8am the next morning (Sunday!), and the guy pulled up at 7:59am. He had the door fixed within 20 minutes, and the cost was extremely reasonable. I will always come back to this company for garage door service. I wish they did other types of service, too!

Precision Door Service was amazing to work with! We were having issues with our old garage door opener and needed it replaced. When I called, the first person I interacted with was friendly and professional. My appointment was scheduled for the very next morning. I picked Precision because when I googled garage door repair your company came up offering service today (Christmas Eve) and I had just been stood up for a scheduled appointment by another company. Jon came at the appointed time about three hours later and fixed our broken door and upgraded both our garage doors and re-did my codes on one of them as well. I was very pleased with the service today. I will call Precision first next time.

Very professional company. I was able to schedule an appointment within one day. The salesperson was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. I ordered a new garage door on that same day. When the door was ready I was able to schedule an installation time which worked with my schedule. I received 3 quotes and decided to go with Precision because of cost, professionalism and responsiveness to my questions. I also was given a referral from a friend who had two new doors installed this summer. They were not the least or most expensive, more importantly I wanted great service with a great product. I had both a new door and opener installed. Alex did an exceptional job explaining my options.The install from Eli and Jason was great as they were friendly, professional and efficient from beginning to end. At the end Alex followed up with me on a minor concern to make sure I was a satisfied customer and Eli and Jason came back out and made the adjustment. A young man very qualified for his work arrived at my home at 8:00 this morning to fix my garage door. He was prompt, friendly, and ready to go to work. I noticed how he seemed to enjoy his work. He gave me an estimate as what it would cost to complete what needed to be done and went to work. When the job was completed he explained what was done and I could see that he made an improvement in how the door opener looked and certainly how it worked! I'd have Ian back anytime my garage door or opener needed work.

5 Star rating - It was very reassuring to call for service as door down & unable to lift up & I needed to be in for cataract surgery by 8:00 AM next morning. Technician came promptly, called stating he was on his way. The Repair was more than I anticipated but Devon and his partner did a very good job with the work they performed. They were on time, quick with their work and I think the door is working better than it ever has. Hopefully it lasts a long time which I think it will because they were very through with what they inspected and worked on.
