All aspects of working with the company was first rate. Scheduling was very easy and I was given what the standard costs of parts and repairs would be so that I had an idea of what the repair might cost. The technician, Devon, who did the repair, emailed ahead of arriving (at the beginning of the time window we were given) and did a really good job of explaining everything that he said would need to be repaired before providing the detailed quote. He finished the work very quickly and took time to answer all the questions I had about both what might have caused the parts that he replaced to fail and what the warranty is on the parts he installed. I noticed that the replacement cables were heavier gauge than those they replaced and the torsion spring was powder coated, unlike the original, so I think the parts were better than what we had before. Thanks for a great job.

The cable on our garage door broke, and it was Friday evening around 6:30 PM. I called Precision Garage Door Service, and they had someone out here by 8:00 PM. Jason looked over the door and explained what options we had for fixing it. He did the repair within about 45 minutes, and was friendly and professional. We would highly recommend Precision.

Great communication from appointment confirmation through arrival of service technician (Jason). He was very knowledgeable & friendly. Jason did a complete inspection of the garage door and all components. He then clearly explained repair options and pricing. Once we reviewed and approved the quote, Jason quickly completed the repairs. GREAT JOB! I will use PDS again. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Great Service! Called 24 hour emergency service to repair broken springs and they arrived within 2 hours on memorial day. They did a full inspection and replaced the springs, rollers, rails, and a new garage door opener in about a hour and a half. Awesome Job!

Called Precision Door as our garage door would not close unless you held the remote until the door shut when the sun was hitting the door.
