My garage door wasn't closing properly. I called and talked to a real person and made an appointment for sometime between 8-10 am. The guys were there at 8, fixed the problem, did some preventative maintenance and even programmed my second remote, all within about 20 minutes! Even tho my garage door opener is 24 years old, they didn't try and sell me a new one, and the maintenance should give me a few more years on the current one. The guys were super nice and professional. Great service. Already recommended you to a neighbor!

My garage door didn’t open last night so I googled repair and precision came up. I called and was able to schedule an appointment for next day. Josh was early and explained that I didn’t need a new opener which is what I feared just a motor. It turns out it was cracked not worn out which is odd. Anyway, Josh was wonderful give him a raise! Everyone I talked to was great.

The company sent out the service man the next day which was on Sunday. They gave me his name right away and sent me a picture of him so I would recognize him. They gave me a two hour window and said he would call to give me an expected time of arrival . Jonathan did all of the above and arrived on time. I explained that I really only needed a remote and he tried everything he could to get a remote for my very old garage door opener but it just wouldn't pair with it. So I had to have a new one put in. He had 2 options that would work and explained everything to me and did a great job. He accidentally Installed a key pad for me and had no problem Removing it when I didn't want one and had apparently misunderstood him when we talked about it. He was wonderful. Got the job done and was very professional and knew his job. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for garage door work. I say 10 out of 10 for them.

Jonathan was great. He was very thorough and honest with us about what he was doing as far as the inspection report. He explained everything that he found to be wrong with our door and then when it came time to explain the cost of the repair etc… He was very straight forward with his responses. He also explained everything to help us make our decision to just do the repair or also do a replacement. We went with a replacement for the door and the opener versus the repair based solely on the fact we have lived here for over 12 years and we were unsure of the age of the door and found out the opener was from 2007. So everything was exceeding their life expectancy. He did do the minor fix to get us by until the new door gets here so that was great and charged us nothing since we chose to go with the new door and a down payment was made.

Our neighbor recommended Josh. She had her garage door repaired a couple months ago and raved about him and your service. I left the hatch on my car up and closed the door on it. Not a good outcome. It was half up or half down…depending on your outlook. Called Precision, they responded the same day and Josh was the guy. So personable and knowledgeable. Fixed door in no time. Couldn’t ask for better service! From the first call I made to the work done by Jason, the technician nothing but first class treatment. I had a torsion bar spring break and it was replaced within 3 hours of my call even though the temperature was -4 F. Fasted service I have ever received when needing a garage door repair. Jason was the technician sent to repair our garage door. I offered him the chance to re-schedule because the weather was very cold. He said that wasn't a problem. He pointed out the repairs needed. We will have to decide which option we will pursue, but we won't proceed until we have warmer weather. We are able to manipulate the door manually. Jason represented your company in an exemplary manner. His explanations were clear and his work ethic seems exceptional.

Great experience. Eli was the best, possibly one of the best technicians I've had a my home. He was timely, polite and knew garage doors. After completion my door is operating like new. Prices were affordable. Would have them back but with the great job there will more than likely not be a need.
