I Called saturday to say my springs broke on my garage door they said someone could out sunday morning I was surprised they worked on sunday. Eli came out at 8:20 in the morning. He explained everything that I would need to fix the problem. He was so personal. (Like he didn't mind being there on a sunday morning) I have had other people out before with issues they just treated me like a number. But My mom told me about Precision door service she said call them they are really good She had the same thing happen last winter. Eli was a hard worker and he really knew what he was doing you have a good employee there Treat him well :) thanks lea

Precision's technician promptly assessed the issues with my garage door system and listened to the fixes I had enacted myself. They made a recommendation for a new spring and bearing supports and installed quickly. All in only two hours and my door functions as new!

Amazing service! Our garage door was knocked off its track and stuck and Precision was able to send a technician to assess -- and fix! -- the door within two hours of my call. Our technician was prompt, friendly and did a fantastic job explaining the service and what needed to be done. I couldn't recommend Precision more. We will definitely return for future garage repair/replacement needs.

What Devon ended up finding (very quickly I might add) was a simple fix. He was very honest with his findings, took care of me, set me up and went on his way. Alex was prompt and polite, even though it was an after hours call and freezing cold, and the garage is detached. He identified the problem, as well as some maintenance that could be done to prevent further issues. He gave me options, and fixed the issue so I could rest easy that my door was able to be closed tonight. I appreciate the prompt service!

This is my second time working with Precision. I was extremely satisfied with the service and work that my technician, Devon did today with my garage door repair. He was timely, very knowledgeable and helpful with next steps and recommendations for my broken garage door opener. Not to mention, it was -12 degrees out and he never once complained about the working conditions or cold weather. The job was complete within 30 minutes of his arrival. Job well done! I will be calling Precision and requesting Devon for any other garage door repairs needed in my near future.

Wow, this company provides some of the best service I have ever experienced anywhere! Our garage door stopped working on Saturday night, and I needed to get my car out for a business trip on Sunday. I called at 8pm on a Saturday, and a LIVE PERSON answered! I almost fell out of my chair. She set up an appointment for 8am the next morning (Sunday!), and the guy pulled up at 7:59am. He had the door fixed within 20 minutes, and the cost was extremely reasonable. I will always come back to this company for garage door service. I wish they did other types of service, too!
