Highly recommend Precision Overhead Door Service!! First, having an actual person answer the phone during off hours was great. I had an appointment scheduled right away and a few hours later Devon was at the door. Devon was great. He inspected everything and went over what was needed and explained (and showed) why. Furthermore, he was very friendly and professional. If I ever need anything for my garage door, I will call Precision. Thanks again!

We were beyond thrilled with the service of Jason S., on behalf of Precision. He greeted us professionally and politely. He provided honest estimates and recommendations. We loved that we received a picture and short bio of the technician coming to our house, prior to his arrival. This allowed us to feel safe and trust the service we would be receiving. We initially had the company out to give an estimate on repairs or possible replacement. We ultimately went with the full package replacement of opener, springs, rollers, eyes, remotes. The limited lifetime warranty played a key factor in our decision making. We would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service of MN.
Thank you for your thorough and kind review of your recent garage door service with Jason and Precision Door Service. You will love the piece of mind of the Limited Lifetime Warranty of your premium garage door overhaul. Please let us know if you need anything. Thank you for trusting Precision Door Service - We value your business.

Jason was great. Arrived on time, and hit the ground running. After hearing my problem, from experience he quickly made a prognosis and the issues were resolved. Was nice for a change to get fixed only what I needed. I have old units plus a 3rd door that needs a system. After the holidays I will circle back to get these done with PD. Thanks, Tom
Thanks Tom. We appreciate you taking the time to review your service with Precision Door and Jason. We are glad to hear Jason was able to help and we look forward to helping you with your garage door and opener needs in the future. Rudy and DeVon did a terrific job at a fair price. They gave me options and there was no hard sell. Their price was half that of another company that's five minutes away from me. These guys are fair and will get any future business I have.

Excellent website and it got me to the opener that I wanted. Duncan did an excellent job even though he told me it was his first installation of that model after I asked. When I get the vehicles programmed and the smart phones, I may have more comments on the opener itself.
That's great to hear Bart. Thank you for taking the time to review your service. The PDS Ultra 900 Smart Wifi Garage Door Opener is a great opener, be sure to let us know if you need anything else and we would love to hear your additional comments on the opener as well once you have had a chance to use it for a while. Thanks again for your business.

Mitch was knowledgeable, courteous and worked efficiently. He reviewed the door workings and recommended replacing parts in addition to the old springs. He gave me 3 quotes, 2 of which I accepted. I thought the quotes were a bit high, but I accepted them. The door works well and more quietly.
Thank you for your review. That is great to hear that your door is working well and more quiet. We are happy you were pleased with your service call with Precision Door and your Technician, Mitch. Thank you for your business.
