Technican showed up at appointed time and was very knowledgable, friendly and easy to talk with. He explained what needed to be done to replace the old torque type tension spring on my double garage door. When done with installation he made sure that the door was operating properly and gave me suggestions on future maintance not one for the garage hinges etc but also the opener too. Our garage door broke in the later afternoon. I called around and nobody could get out here until the morning. Both of our cars were stuck in the garage and we both had to work in the morning. Precision said they could get someone out in a couple of hours, they're technician, Colton was here in about 45 minutes. We had some major breakage, and he went over everything with us so there were no surprises. He fixed the door and we are very happy with the service. i think he should be commended on his service!

Technician Allen was great. I do have issues with pricing. You charge a $75 trip charge that is deducted from service if performed. I was invoiced $413 for 25 minutes of work! Labor- $250 (25 minutes) Fuel surcharge- $8 Torsion cable- $95 ($9 Amazon) Bottom Brackets- $85 ($15 Amazon) It's one thing to charge ridiculous mark-up on parts but to absolutely take advantage of customer with labor charges is bad business.

I am pleased that we were able to come to a reasonable agreement to this situation.

Jonathan was at my house about an hour after I called. About an hour later he had repaired and replaced my springs and rollers. He took the time to go through all nessessary maintenance with me and answered all my questions. He totally earned his 5 stars!

Because of COVIDVIRUS the lead time was longer then expected. I knew that would be the situation when I placed my order. The wait was certainly worth it. The two installers arrived on time. They called ½ hour prior to let me know they were on their way. We were in the middle of a huge snow storm but the install was perfect! Precision Door is an upstanding business to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone who may be thinking about a new garage door. Thank you Josh and Erik(?) for a job well done.
