This past Tuesday I spoke with a neighbor who told me that he had Precision Door Minnesota to his home to quiet a noisy garage door. He was most impressed with the service which prompted me to call Precision to address what we consider an irritatingly noisy garage door. James Magaard showed up this morning. James (Jim, Jamey?). He was impressively personable and professional. He conducted a thorough inspection of our garage door, then went over it with me, pointing out components that were worn to the point that replacement was advisable, others that were slightly worn, but had good life left, and others that could be left as is for now. He provided two estimates for two different repair scenarios, along with pros and cons of each. Once I made a selection, he took approximately 45 minutes to undertake and complete the repairs, then went over with me what had been done, and made suggestions for ongoing home self-maintenance. The garage door is now quiet. I could hardly be more pleased and impressed with the Precision operation and with Jack as the firm's field representative.

We had a broken spring on our garage door, so we called Precision. They had a technician out within a few hours to look at it. After the initial estimate, we decided to go with a new door. They had a install team out the next morning, and within 2 hours, the old door was gone and a new beautiful door was up. Our new development put in horribly cheap openers and they have never worked correctly. Alex replaced mine with a Genie and explained everything very well. He was very pleasant to work with. It's Friday. The large spring at the top of garage door broke today. Called Precision at 2:30, spoke to real person. Precision came out to fix a spring on our garage door last year and noted we might need to soon replace the garage door. That time came in January! We called Precision again. Art Anfang came out and patiently went through all our options. We ordered our door. It came in the time expected and Mylee was very helpful in gettting installation scheduled. Yesterday the technicians were right on time and efficiently got the job done! We're really pleased with the service and product, and would highly recommend Precision for repairs or replacement. I also really appreciate that they send photos of the technicians who will be visiting, and they arrive in company vehicles and uniforms!
