Rudy and trainee arrived in a timely manner. They put forth 3 options of repair starting with my intended replacement of only springs being needed. Upon results of inspection, I was shown wear that was not visible. No pressure, clear explanation offered, and I decided to replace rollers and bearings as well as the springs. They handled the work professionally and left decision to me. Appreciated.
