First off, I called Precision Door on Saturday (another local competitor was not open Saturday), and you were able to schedule me Monday morning--tat was very impressive and appreciated. Mitch came to repair my garage door (one of the two springs broke), and review my situation with any other recommendations. Since it is a 31 year old door, when he suggested replacing the worn metal rollers with nylon ones, we decided to add that to the project. He presented me with three options, and gave me NO PRESSURE at all to upgrade, but explained what each level would entail. He said that, given the repairs he was doing, the door should be serviceable for the foreseeable future. I am pleased to report how terrific his service and politeness was all along the way! He could not have done a better job or been more admirable in his approach to the entire process. As mentioned, he gave me options with no pressure, and seemed to have my best interest in mind and heart at every step. Very impressive experience with Mitch and with Precision Door this week! If anyone is in a similar predicament as I, I will certainly recommend your company wholeheartedly! Thanks!

I received a confirmation phone with an estimated arrival date for my service call within the first 15 minutes of my 2 hour service window. Jason arrived shortly after 2 p.m., and the window was 2-4. I appreciated this. He was professional. He assessed the various parts and mechanics of the garage door to my town home and came up with 3 options for better action of the door. So I chose the option 'best' because this is the first time in more than 19 years that this door has been given any real attention with regard to its condition and level of functioning. There was clearly a difference when Jason completed the work proposed. Especially the loss of that awful sound the door had been making for a couple of years!

Everyone at the company was very cordial and competent. I called on a Thursday with a door opener problem and Rudy was there on Friday at noon. He gave me an estimate on a repair and also for the installation of a new belt drive opener to replace the very noisy chain drive. I opted for the new belt opener and was rewarded with an extremely quiet operation. He also noted that the ten wheels on the door were worn, but would still work. I decided to replace the steel wheels with new rubber wheels that are quieter as well.

I had a garage door opener that had stopped working. I put new batteries in, but still it didn't work. Called Precision Door and set up appointment for next day. Lars was the technician. He called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived well within the 2 hr window. Lars took the remote and was able to analyze the problem and reprogram the remote in a matter of minutes. Very professional.
