James did a great job explaining the condition of our door and opener and what needed fixed now and what could wait if we wanted to hold off. Also clearly communicated the options and the pricing and did excellent work. At the end of the day we opted for a new opener install and replacement of all of our garage door parts, which gives us the peace of mind that we shouldn't have any garage door issues for many years.

Faced with an open door because of broken spring and damaged cables on a cool December afternoon. Dead in the water for what I thought would be at least a week I called Precision and Adam was dispatched within the hour. Problem solved ... along with a very professional inspection of other doors. Very friendly and up front with all costs.

James expertly assessed the damage (a broken pulley) and got to work. Our 1960's era steel hardware for the door mechanism proved to be an extra challenge. James burned through drill bits and a drill and got the work done and maintained the original time estimate despite the extra tool time needed. We now have a clear estimate to replace the similar parts in the second garage stall door. Awesome service - call these guys!

I was told by a different garage door company that I needed a spring replaced and James said there was nothing wrong with the spring. When my garage door broke, I called to have someone come out and look at it. They were able to send someone out the next day, who showed me exactly what was wrong and the options to correct the issue. My door ended up needing to be replaced. They were very timely on not only ordering a new door, but also installing it less than a week after the initial visit. Would strongly recommend for anyone needing work done on their garage door.
