Precision was contracted through our home warranty service.Our appointment was scheduled for 12pm.Devon Nelson was the tech that did the service,he was very professional,and courteous, he called an hour and a half prior to our appointment and arrived at 11am ,and had the job done within the hour. I called Precision Door Service at the recommendation of a co-worker when I needed a broken spring replaced. I was not disappointed. Jason was the technician that performed the repair. He was very professional, completed the repair quickly, and gave me easy tips to prolong my garage door/opener life. I am happy to recommend Precision Door Service and will be a repeat customer.

Just wow.. my garage door was completely broken. I called in the A.M. and Precision was able to come out to my place that same day at 5pm, and got the door up and running less than an hour.. Tom was all around great! He called when he was on his way and I received a text message with his info and photo. We had an emergency repair needed, he was able to come earlier than expected. After reading reviews of local businesses, I made an appointment to have my garage door sensors replaced. Duncan was my technician. If I could give a ten star review I would! I cannot begin to say what a pleasure it was doing business with Duncan and with your company. Duncan explained everything, did not try to sell me anything I did not need, work was done quickly, professionally and your pricing was fair and competitive with no hidden charges. Duncan clearly enjoys what he is doing and it shows. I asked for a quote and Rudy came out to my house within a few days, great personality and friendly. I agreed to buy the same day. I was told 2-3 weeks, however after 4 weeks I had to call to see the status, and I was told that it just came in that day. They came out at the 5 week mark and did a great job on the installation, cleaned up all the parts, gave me instructions on the door itself and helped set up the opener on my truck. I would recommend this company for a new garage door

We called the 24 hour line on Memorial Day and your guys were able to come out the very next morning so we appreciate that. They were professional and they were nice,too. They also were educational so we learned something for the future. I was so happy about the price that I forgot to redeem our $15 off coupon which we would have qualified for three different categories. Thank you Rudy and Duncan you guys were outstanding.

I would not trust this company. I called and spoke to a customer service representative and told her that one of the springs had broken on my garage door. She said that would generally run $150, but couldn't guarantee that, which I completely understand. She they said it would be $60 for the trip if I chose not to go with their company to fix my garage door. I later realized why that was mentioned. When the service guys showed up, they immediately said they would not fix just the one spring because it was unsafe for them to do that. They also mentioned they would do a 24 point inspection and give me a quote. Immediately, I realized that I was being taken advantage of. The person on the phone told me that it would be approximately $150 for the one spring and the service guy said they don't even do one spring without the other. Awhile later, I got quotes of $555, $600, and $800 for them to replace wheels and clean this and that. I completely understand that every product and service has a price and I am willing to pay for the products and services I receive. However, these folks were called to my home under a completely different expectation of cost. I would advise anyone I know to avoid this company. Trust is one of the most important things a company can have with their customers. Based on the lack of integrity shown in my interaction, I have no trust in this company.

Looked at other reviews and proximity of location to my home. Also the price for a quality smart garage door opener with great features was a deciding factor. The best part was that I was able to get it installed within 2 hours of making the phone call! The install was done in about 30 minutes and was perfectly executed. Good job Rudy and your coworker! I got the system connected to my router as well as linked to Google home so I can command Google to open or close the garage. The Linear App is fully functional and allows me to set schedules, geo fence so the garage opens when I get within a block of my home and close when I leave. Exactly what I wanted! Thanks Precision!

I am so glad I found Precision to get my garage door and opener working properly. Tom was wonderful to work with, was on time and took the time to explain what the problem was and how he remedied it. I have used other company's in the pass, but I was never impressed with them like I was with Precision. They have a customer for life.

First off, I called Precision Door on Saturday (another local competitor was not open Saturday), and you were able to schedule me Monday morning--tat was very impressive and appreciated. Mitch came to repair my garage door (one of the two springs broke), and review my situation with any other recommendations. Since it is a 31 year old door, when he suggested replacing the worn metal rollers with nylon ones, we decided to add that to the project. He presented me with three options, and gave me NO PRESSURE at all to upgrade, but explained what each level would entail. He said that, given the repairs he was doing, the door should be serviceable for the foreseeable future. I am pleased to report how terrific his service and politeness was all along the way! He could not have done a better job or been more admirable in his approach to the entire process. As mentioned, he gave me options with no pressure, and seemed to have my best interest in mind and heart at every step. Very impressive experience with Mitch and with Precision Door this week! If anyone is in a similar predicament as I, I will certainly recommend your company wholeheartedly! Thanks!

Excellent service and communication from start to finish. I was able to book my service call at 11:30 at night the day I made the request. I received a confirmation phone with an estimated arrival date for my service call within the first 15 minutes of my 2 hour service window. Jason arrived shortly after 2 p.m., and the window was 2-4. I appreciated this. He was professional. He assessed the various parts and mechanics of the garage door to my town home and came up with 3 options for better action of the door. So I chose the option 'best' because this is the first time in more than 19 years that this door has been given any real attention with regard to its condition and level of functioning. There was clearly a difference when Jason completed the work proposed. Especially the loss of that awful sound the door had been making for a couple of years!
