I received 3 quotes and decided to go with Precision because of cost, professionalism and responsiveness to my questions. I also was given a referral from a friend who had two new doors installed this summer. They were not the least or most expensive, more importantly I wanted great service with a great product. I had both a new door and opener installed. Alex did an exceptional job explaining my options.The install from Eli and Jason was great as they were friendly, professional and efficient from beginning to end. At the end Alex followed up with me on a minor concern to make sure I was a satisfied customer and Eli and Jason came back out and made the adjustment. At the end of the day I am so happy I chose Precision and would highly recommend them for your Garage Door Service needs. Thanks again!!

A young man very qualified for his work arrived at my home at 8:00 this morning to fix my garage door. He was prompt, friendly, and ready to go to work. I noticed how he seemed to enjoy his work. He gave me an estimate as what it would cost to complete what needed to be done and went to work. When the job was completed he explained what was done and I could see that he made an improvement in how the door opener looked and certainly how it worked! I'd have Ian back anytime my garage door or opener needed work.

5 Star rating - It was very reassuring to call for service as door down & unable to lift up & I needed to be in for cataract surgery by 8:00 AM next morning. Technician came promptly, called stating he was on his way. He was very pleasant, explained exactly what he was doing, fixed it, showed us parts replaced, etc. Very satisfied with the service and efficient, pleasant young technician.

Jon did a great job replacing the springs and cables, and also a new garage door opener! I appreciated the call ahead of time as well when enroute.

Beginning was a little rough. The tech showed up at wrong address and was late to appointment. However, once the tech was at my house, he did an awesome job. Fixed everything within 1 hour; taught me new things about my garage door; and deliver the best customer service I have receive. I will recommend them to all my friends and family. Great work!

Devon came out to service my garage door. In 15 minutes he had diagnosed the issue and fixed it. He also explained the issue in easy to understand terms and told me what steps to take if the problem happened again. Very impressed with Devon and everyone I had contact with at Precision Door.

The Repair was more than I anticipated but Devon and his partner did a very good job with the work they performed. They were on time, quick with their work and I think the door is working better than it ever has. Hopefully it lasts a long time which I think it will because they were very through with what they inspected and worked on.

All aspects of working with the company was first rate. Scheduling was very easy and I was given what the standard costs of parts and repairs would be so that I had an idea of what the repair might cost. The technician, Devon, who did the repair, emailed ahead of arriving (at the beginning of the time window we were given) and did a really good job of explaining everything that he said would need to be repaired before providing the detailed quote. He finished the work very quickly and took time to answer all the questions I had about both what might have caused the parts that he replaced to fail and what the warranty is on the parts he installed. I noticed that the replacement cables were heavier gauge than those they replaced and the torsion spring was powder coated, unlike the original, so I think the parts were better than what we had before. Thanks for a great job.

The cable on our garage door broke, and it was Friday evening around 6:30 PM. I called Precision Garage Door Service, and they had someone out here by 8:00 PM. Jason looked over the door and explained what options we had for fixing it. He did the repair within about 45 minutes, and was friendly and professional. We would highly recommend Precision.

He walked me through three different service options and did not pressure me at all when I picked the cheapest of the three options. He was very helpful and great about explaining the situation so I truly understood my options and how he was fixing the problem.

Great communication from appointment confirmation through arrival of service technician (Jason). He was very knowledgeable & friendly. Jason did a complete inspection of the garage door and all components. He then clearly explained repair options and pricing.
