Our garage door would not operate due to a broken spring, not a good deal, so I went on the internet and Precision had a lot of good ratings and comments. Its was later in the day so when I called, we were able to get an appointment at 8:00 the next day! Alex showed up and we had him replace both springs and he was done in a short amount of time. Everyone we dealt with was very kind and courteous. Definitely use again.

We had Ryan come by to fix our broken garage motor mount. It was an awkward mount that didn’t have a straight forward repair but Ryan did a great job repairing it and making it work. Top-notch experience from start-to-finish! The customer service representative (Holly) was extremely helpful, and she was able to set me for a service appointment 12 hours after my initial call. Troy was very professional from the time he arrived. He showed me step by step on all the issues that could be causing my door to fail. He found the problem and fixed it and showed me exactly what was causing the issue. He also game me a quote on some preventive maintenance that will cause further issues in the future.
