Precision Garage Door (PGD) of Maple Grove did an excellent job of repairing our garage door recently. At 4:30am, I awoke to the loud bang of our torsion bar assembly breaking and falling to the garage floor. Our vehicles were trapped inside, and I was unable to lift the 400 pound door myself. I call PGD and they sent Alex out right away to help. Alex quickly reassembled the torsion bar assembly, and explained to me why it failed. Another Twin City garage door business incorrectly installed my door previously...causing the failure. Alex was extremely friendly and helpful! I highly recommend PGD for all your garage door service needs!
Thanks for your kind words and positive review! We strive to provide exceptional service and are glad to hear that you had a great experience with Precision Garage Door Service.

The installation of my new LiftMaster garage door opener in my new home was the second time I've had Precision Garage Door service a garage door. The Sales and Service Tech, James Magaard is very knowledgeable about all things concerning garage doors. He installed my new opener, serviced and adjusted all of the components, and took the time to help me connect to the smart opener, program all remotes, including my vehicle opener buttons. He explained everything very well and made certain I was completely satisfied with everything. My garage door now opens smoothly and silently with all of the components operating as they should. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and especially James Magaart. Thanks James!
