I did a little research before I settled on this company to fix the broken springs on my garage door. Making the appointment was super easy. We happened to be busy the day of so I had to call back to change my appointment to the next day. The customer service rep I spoke with was very nice and made a new appointment for me in no time. I appreciated that they did not make me wait more than a minute to speak to a rep. Our technician Devon was super informational and professional. He gave me a curiously call to ask if he could come by a little early, which I did not mind at all. My husband asked him tons of questions and he was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. It only took about an hour from the time Devon arrived to the time he replaced the springs. I would recommend Precision Door to anyone who needs any garage fix. SHOUT OUT to Devon! He did a great job with a positive attitude. It's hard now a day to get service with good attitude. That truly made this experience amazing.

My garage door opener broke Saturday evening. I called Sunday night and was able to make an appointment for Monday morning between 8 and 10. I didn't have to get up Monday morning to make phone calls to find someone to come out that morning. Service person called to let me know when he was on his way. He was friendly knowledgeable and explained my options without being pushy. He installed a new garage door opener, which is night and day better than the previous opener I had. I'm very pleased with my decision to go with this company and a new garage door opener.

Devon Nelson came out at 8 pm on a Saturday night to fix my door. He was awesome great attitude laid out what was going to happen gave me options and fixed everything in an hour. I have 15 employees in my company and would love it if my guys were as nice and fast as Devon. You should give him a raise

Every thing went fine. The installers were courteous and friendly. Our only issue is that the garage door barely misses our pick-up truck when closing. (less than 1/8" clearance) Wedidn't know that until we parked it in the garage later that day. Something needs to be done.

I was impressed with your 5 star ratings on your website. Your phone was answered professionally and service was arranged with same day service. Jason Schuster was tech that came. He called to let me know when he would arrive, was thorough on his review of my current opener only 4 years old showing me where it was defective and giving me options to fix or replace. Since I had other issues with current opener in the past I chose replacement. Jason installed new opener and now I’m all set. He even programmed my car with opener! Very happy with product and service.

Technician Jason called 30 mins prior to scheduled arrival and arrived as planned. He completed garage door safety check and pointed out what needed repairing. After providing an estimate, he made the repairs, completing them within 1.5 hours. Final invoice matched estimate and copy of completed safety checklist, including photos, was e-mail to be, as promised. Jason was professional and did a great job....I would recommend Jason and Precision for garage repairs.

I responded to an ad for $99 per door to silence doors. 3 out of our 4 doors were quite noisy. I also needed a new seal and needed to have a door adjusted to that it would align with the floor. Rudy Vallejos listened intently, did his own inspection and then came back with three different estimates. The middle bid took care of everything I was concerned about for $300. That was less than I expected. The top estimate was $440. I it included replacing some rusted parts I had not noticed. There was no pressure to spend more, but he was right. It was worth doing. Tony was great. A wonderful, open personality while staying focused on his work. In less than two hours he worked on three different doors. They are all now working correctly and more quietly than they have done in years.
