Troy was very professional from the time he arrived. He showed me step by step on all the issues that could be causing my door to fail. He found the problem and fixed it and showed me exactly what was causing the issue. He also game me a quote on some preventive maintenance that will cause further issues in the future. Eli the technician showed up right on time. He was very friendly and professional as he explained how he was going to assess our current garage door openers and all the components of our garage doors. After he completed that assessment, he clearly explained what he suggested to address the issue we had with our garage door openers and why. I decided to go with new garage door openers for both our doors. Eli did an excellent job installing door openers and I was pleasantly surprised how quickly he got it done. After completing the install, he did a fantastic job explaining all the features and what to do if the openers didn't seem to be working properly or showed any error codes. Eli was an absolutely fantastic technician, and all the customer service reps I spoke with at Precision Door Service were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend anyone to use Precision Door Service to replace their garage door openers. I expect I'll be replacing my garage doors in the next year or two, and based on this experience I plan to have Precision Door Service perform that work as well.

Fast next day service when one cable broke, door hung crooked about 2 ft off ground. Track bent as a result, so that had to be replaced. John was excellent, showed us in detail what needed to be repaired and why, worked very efficiently and cleaned up as he went so no materials were left behind for us to dispose of. We also had him replace the weather strip on both doors (badly needed long before the cable broke) and he showed us what to do to prevent similar damage in the future. Reset the springs and lubed everything. The cost was very reasonable for the amount of work done on our 26-yr-old doors. I recommend John and Precision Door St. Paul. Great work.

I did a little research before I settled on this company to fix the broken springs on my garage door. Making the appointment was super easy. We happened to be busy the day of so I had to call back to change my appointment to the next day. The customer service rep I spoke with was very nice and made a new appointment for me in no time. I appreciated that they did not make me wait more than a minute to speak to a rep. Our technician Devon was super informational and professional. He gave me a curiously call to ask if he could come by a little early, which I did not mind at all. My husband asked him tons of questions and he was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. It only took about an hour from the time Devon arrived to the time he replaced the springs. I would recommend Precision Door to anyone who needs any garage fix. SHOUT OUT to Devon! He did a great job with a positive attitude. It's hard now a day to get service with good attitude. That truly made this experience amazing.
