Precision was the first site that came up when I search for garage repairs for a broken spring. The reviews were positive so I called at around 1pm. By 2:30 Devon arrived and diagnosed why the spring broke and pointed out other issues. Within an hour he had the door working. It was a great experience!

The entire process was awesome. Called late on Saturday night after my garage door stopped half way up. Set appointment for 8-10 A.M. Sunday morning. Ian called and arrived promptly at 8. One of the coldest days of the year. The wife crashed into the garage door and knocked it and one of the cables off the track, plus bent the bottom panel. I found Precision on Angie's List. they were out in less than an hour. Repaired the door in less than two and it only cost 145$!!. Plus they let me know when they were coming as well as when they got close to the house and even sent a picture of the technician. Very friendly and professional. I will definitely call these guys again.

Was having intermittent problem with an old garage door opener. Figured it was time for a new opener. Rudy, the service tech, was able to correct the problem, gave us options to upgrade to a new opener, but was very honest and said he thought the old one was working fine.
