James did a great job explaining the condition of our door and opener and what needed fixed now and what could wait if we wanted to hold off. Also clearly communicated the options and the pricing and did excellent work. At the end of the day we opted for a new opener install and replacement of all of our garage door parts, which gives us the peace of mind that we shouldn't have any garage door issues for many years.

Faced with an open door because of broken spring and damaged cables on a cool December afternoon. Dead in the water for what I thought would be at least a week I called Precision and Adam was dispatched within the hour. Problem solved ... along with a very professional inspection of other doors. Very friendly and up front with all costs.

When my garage door broke, I called to have someone come out and look at it. They were able to send someone out the next day, who showed me exactly what was wrong and the options to correct the issue. My door ended up needing to be replaced. They were very timely on not only ordering a new door, but also installing it less than a week after the initial visit. Would strongly recommend for anyone needing work done on their garage door.

Sun 4pm. spring broke. 4:10 called. Mon 8:30am the Technician, Alex arrives. Took him about an hour and not only is the spring fixed, he was also able to tighten up the chains and replace a rusty rotor he noticed. Both garage doors run smoother than they ever have. Very happy. Have a great 4th Alex and team, much appreciated!!!
