My garage door had been acting weird for a while and I had people who were going to be staying at my house when I was away so I had Precision come out to look at it. Although the system didn't need to be replaced immediately, I was presented with 3 options - one that was a "band-aid", but would be least expensive up front. Another that would solve the whole problem, but would be much more expensive. And a middle option that would buy me a few years without replacing everything. I ended up deciding to replace everything, but I appreciated having less expensive options so I didn't feel like I only had one choice. Once I decided which route I wanted to go, Chuck started the work and was completely done within about 2 hours. I was able to leave town knowing my guests wouldn't have to worry about having their car stuck in my garage and the new system is so quiet and smooth!

Alex did an excellent job. He replaced the garage door opener. The new one cost quite a bit more than I expected, but then, everything does lately. He also replaced the rusted rails and the deteriorating rollers. He didn't try to sell me anything that was unneeded. He explained the remotes and vacation setting and showed me how to set them. Alex also kindly set the remote button that is part of my car. I'd never been able to get that to work before. Everything works smoothly. I would definitely recommend this company and this technician.
