Great service! Had a new door installed in February and we needed a repair done. Within minutes of calling I had a technician coming within within the hour. Tom one of the ownerS came out, assessed the issue and didn’t have what he needed in his truck, but tracked down someone near by, got the part and came back to repair. Outstanding level of service! The constant email and text follow up is amazing! And to have a picture of the tech coming gives piece of mind to open your door to the right person. Thank you for your fabulous level of service!

Excellent customer service. Phone calls were answered promptly and followed up with email or text. Technician (Jason) was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. Work performed was explained in detail and follow up reports were appreciated. Care was shown in social distancing and CDC guidelines were followed. Would definitely recommend Precision Door.

Akayla came on Saturday morning and replaced the springs on my door. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He gave me an estimate for the repair, and had the springs replaced in about an hour. This is my second repair by Precision in recent years and they are my go to for any garage door work. Great job Akayla!

Scheduling the appointment was easy and I immediately received confirmation via text. On the day of my appointment, I received a reminder notice. Right before the appointment, another reminder with the name and picture of the technician, Jason, with a courtesy call when he was nearby. Jason was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It turned out I needed a new garage door. He ordered the door. Customer service and let me know the door was in and set up an installment date. Today Rudy Vallejos came and installed the door. I chose Precision because of their professionalism and responsiveness to my questions. I wanted a product with great lighting, which they offered. Also, includes an app, which unfortunately may not work in my home because the wifi signal probably won't reach. The tech, Jason, was friendly, professional and efficient. Divine providence brought me to your telephone number late on a Friday afternoon. Saturday AM, John showed up at 8 AM and complete the repair in about 30 minutes, turning a big mess into no mess at all. All of the social network stuff, that your company does was great. No one likes to deal with garage issues. But if you do, I would highly recommend Precision Door Service! My garage door opener recently died. I called Precision and they offered to send someone out the same day. From the initial contact to the end of the service, everyone was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Rudy (technician) explained all my options for a new garage door opener as well as the prices (fair) and the ins & outs of each. What I liked best is that it was just an honest explanation (as opposed to the typical salesman push to buy the most expensive as you often get with the plumber, furnace, etc.). The installation was done well and quickly. Altogether the quality of service was exemplary!
