Everything looks great! One thing though, it is a manual garage door and there is no rope or handle to pull it shut when open. Should that have come with the door?

Had a cable break this afternoon. Called for service today and was scheduled between 7 and 9 Pm. Was told that Tom would do the repair. He called at 6:30 and was here at 6:45. The repair was done very professionally and the cost was very reasonable. I will be calling them when I need a door replacement. Very honest and professional company. Five stars plus!

The service was great! We were unable to get our garage door open. The automatic opener did not work and all the manual options were also broken. It is a 40 year old door. Mitch worked very hard and was very persistent. He gave me all the option I had. With the help of two other technicians they were finally able to find a way to open the door. Unfortunately we will need a new door which we will get from Precision.

Mitch was able to come early, went over things that were bad and suggested what needed to be done so that I wouldn't have further issues and would need to call again to have more work done. It was all fixed and rollers, rusted brackets, wires and garage door opener all replaced. Added a keypad on the outside. thank you.

The repair people knew what they were doing and were very courteous. The work done was replacement of two springs, cable replacements, roller replacements and replacement of the opener with a manufacturer that brands the device with Precision's name. The work came to 1000 which I thought was a little steep. The original quote was over 1200 which was not at all palatable and they adjusted it down to 1000. Although work was very professional the pricing structure may need to be looked at.

Nothing like having your torsion spring snap on one of the coldest nights in January. Called and was able to get an appointment the next day. Were on time and the repairman was not pushy trying to make me buy something that I would not want. Great company, I will definately use then again in the future. Highly recommend them!!

Our garage door suddenly stopped working on a Sunday. I called Precision and they came out that same day, recommended either a new spring which he could do right then but after chatting we felt a new garage door was the best option. He fixed the spring to carry us through until the new garage door was installed. They got it installed much quicker than estimated and I didn't even have to do a thing! Affordable too!
