James arrived promptly at 8. He then took pictures . He was very thorough in explaining what he needed to do. It was bitterly cold on Tuesday!! He worked for almost 4 hours not coming in from the cold. He then spent time pairing the garage to my phone. He knew exactly what needed to be done. So grateful for the work he did. Precision Garage is lucky to have him as am employee

My garage door failed yesterday when a cable snapped. Precision Door was recommended by a friend. I called. They booked an appointment for the next morning. A Sunday morning I might add. Jameson L, the technician, reached out at 7:25 am to say he would be at my place at the scheduled time. He was. He gave me a quote within 15 minutes upon arriving. Jameson completed the work in less time than quoted and at a smaller cost than originally thought. He was polite, knowledgable, accurate and efficient. If I had a service company, I would hire Jameson to work with my company. Precision Door is the company to call for all your Garage Door needs.

When our garage door broke I called Precision, who did a great job fixing the issue. Their scheduler answered the phone and had a technician out within an hour. The technician diagnosed the issue as well as made recommendations to improve the longevity of the door. He took time to show me pictures and walk through the changes before we moved forward. They were prompt, thorough, and did a quality job.
