I called three places and I am very glad I went with Precision. Phone call to schedule was very easy and NOT pushy at all. Our tech Erik gave me a call about 20 mins out and when he arrived he was very friendly and professional. He quickly explained to me what the issue was and provided me with a VERY REASONABLE quote...he was done with everything in about an hour and my garage door now works great. Will use again and would highly recommend.

When I called Precision Door Service, it was because our garage door was occasionally taking multiple tries to close all the way. Not an emergency by any means, but they still were able to send a technician out to us on the same day and he actually arrived within an hour of my phone call! Eli was very helpful and showed me what the problem was and how to fix it in the future. It was an easy fix, but he was very nice about it! Eli was great! Courteous, professional, respectful, knowledgeable, prompt. Fixed what was wrong, left alone what was working. Made some suggestions but wasn’t pushy about extra products or services, and the garage door that broke yesterday now works like a dream. Great service! Had a new door installed in February and we needed a repair done. Within minutes of calling I had a technician coming within within the hour. Tom one of the ownerS came out, assessed the issue and didn’t have what he needed in his truck, but tracked down someone near by, got the part and came back to repair. Outstanding level of service! The constant email and text follow up is amazing! And to have a picture of the tech coming gives piece of mind to open your door to the right person. Thank you for your fabulous level of service!
