Our tech Erik gave me a call about 20 mins out and when he arrived he was very friendly and professional. He quickly explained to me what the issue was and provided me with a VERY REASONABLE quote...he was done with everything in about an hour and my garage door now works great. When I called Precision Door Service, it was because our garage door was occasionally taking multiple tries to close all the way. Not an emergency by any means, but they still were able to send a technician out to us on the same day and he actually arrived within an hour of my phone call! Made some suggestions but wasn’t pushy about extra products or services, and the garage door that broke yesterday now works like a dream. Most important: As a single female homeowner, I get a lot of condescension from service and repair people.
