Truly above and beyond service! 5 panel 9 foot garage door completely broke after arriving home late in the evening and was able to schedule an appointment online for first thing the next day. They arrived early, quickly assessed the problems and provided a quote on the spot with a few different options, depending on how many pieces we wanted to replace. They were incredibly courteous and kept us informed the whole way. If I were able to I would give them a 6th star (or more) as Chuck and his trainee discovered a structure issue from the previous homeowners work on the garage and completely rebuilt it for us on their time, ensuring that not only their work was complete and accurate, but also that we wouldn't be facing a larger issue down the road. As a new homeowner who didn't have a recommended service center and didn't have the time to research, I am so glad I chose this company. I would recommend them to any friend of family member and my own business!

Our garage door (installed 1989) has been acting up a bit over the last few days. Today we thought we should get it checked out. I looked at the reviews for Precision and saw the great ratings and I now understand why! The woman who helped me on the phone was amazing. She got someone scheduled (today). Chuck our technician was fantastic. Excellent communication about arrival time, and explaining what was going on. Gave us a couple of options for what absolutely needed to be done and what would be a good idea to fix right now. We ended up just getting it all done and everything was great. We will definitely recommend Precision to our friends. Thanks so much.

This is a Soulless corporate rip off. My garage door stopped working 4 hours after a $1,000 repair. I can't close the door. The tech who did the repair left me his business 'card' that had a call center number on it, which is weird. Why would you have him give me a card with his name and a phone # if I couldn't actually get a hold of him? When I texted the number the tech used to call me in the morning, it said the number was not monitored which means you pay for a dialing service to connect me with the technician to keep a barrier between your workers and customers. When I called the call center for help, they said another department would be reaching out to schedule an appointment. When the "other department" never called me, I called back and was told I'll have to wait until tomorrow. This system of post sale deflection is by design. You have invested time, services, and planning to make it difficult to reach you, after you take my money. Why do you choose to operate this way? There was nothing local or personal about this experience. These business practices do not build trust. (even if your call center music says I can trust you)

Yours was the only company of 3 I called to get an emergency repair on a weekend. The technician, Brian, was able to come out earlier than scheduled and did a thorough inspection recommending several courses of action from safety concerns to a wishlist. Once we decided what to do he performed the work immediately and went over all the things he did and, again, recommending some small things we could do to keep the door functioning properly. He even gave us an extra garage door opener to keep in a bike bag.

This company really has their act together. Their customer service and response time is unbeatable! I sent an email for quote and within 24 hours was sitting with Chris, their salesperson. He patiently answered all of our questions and left us with a quote that we accepted before he left. The cost for a new garage door, hardware and installation was much lower than anticipated. He then checked on availability of the door we choose and scheduled install next day! Donny the installer showed up on time with everything needed to the job. He was efficient, and knowledgeable. The job was done and done correctly. Although it was hot and muggy in our garage he maintained a pleasant personality. We would recommend this company, Chris & Donny every day, all day over all the others!

Quick service, called at 1:45 new springs installed by 2:45. Chuck was knowledgeable and helpful. Answered all my questions. Door is working great. Price was a bit high $690 for two springs installed. I can buy these springs for $240, I'm sure your cost is less. When I called to make appointment I asked for ballpark estimate. I was told something like $225 installed. Well that was for one spring. I have two springs and a heavy door so my springs are more expensive. A couple simple questions for customers [i.e. # of springs and type of door] would allow you to give much better estimates.

Garage door came off the tracks, bent everything up, and could not even be closed. They were out within hours, even bumping us up when there was a cancellation. Talked over a couple of options from full replacement to quick repair to keep our garage secured for now with zero pressure. I will absolutely be using Precision when I replace the door next year.
