Great service! Had a new door installed in February and we needed a repair done. Within minutes of calling I had a technician coming within within the hour. Tom one of the ownerS came out, assessed the issue and didn’t have what he needed in his truck, but tracked down someone near by, got the part and came back to repair. Outstanding level of service! The constant email and text follow up is amazing! And to have a picture of the tech coming gives piece of mind to open your door to the right person. Thank you for your fabulous level of service!

Excellent customer service. Phone calls were answered promptly and followed up with email or text. Technician (Jason) was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. Work performed was explained in detail and follow up reports were appreciated. Care was shown in social distancing and CDC guidelines were followed. Would definitely recommend Precision Door.

I am 100% pleased with the work Devon and Erik started and completed this morning. They took the time to explain and show me why my garage door was not working properly and what needed to be done. I was given plenty of time to review their bid and ask questions without any pressure to work with their company. They were very pleasant and professional and did a great job fixing my garage door. Thank you!

Job well done, very thorough and comprehensive. It was a bit more expensive than I had anticipated but what isn’t? Travis was very helpful in explaining everything we needed to address and completed the job in an efficient manner.

Second time I've used this company and will continue to in the future. I called late on Sunday night and they had me set for first thing the following morning. Devon made quick repairs and did preventative maintenance to my overhead door. Excellent service!

Akayla came on Saturday morning and replaced the springs on my door. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He gave me an estimate for the repair, and had the springs replaced in about an hour. This is my second repair by Precision in recent years and they are my go to for any garage door work. Great job Akayla!

Scheduling the appointment was easy and I immediately received confirmation via text. On the day of my appointment, I received a reminder notice. Right before the appointment, another reminder with the name and picture of the technician, Jason, with a courtesy call when he was nearby. Jason was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He immediately solved our problem and took time to show us some tips for the future. Well done all around! Service like this is hard to find. Thank you!

I chose Precision because of their professionalism and responsiveness to my questions. I wanted a product with great lighting, which they offered. Also, includes an app, which unfortunately may not work in my home because the wifi signal probably won't reach. The tech, Jason, was friendly, professional and efficient. Also, they sent his picture to me in advance so I would know who to expect.

Divine providence brought me to your telephone number late on a Friday afternoon. Saturday AM, John showed up at 8 AM and complete the repair in about 30 minutes, turning a big mess into no mess at all. All of the social network stuff, that your company does was great. Thanks for being so customer orientated. Even left a sticker with phone number, when the old door needs more attention. Good experience at competitive pricing.

Monica Marschinke

They were very friendly and polite. The best was that they could come the same day so we could get our garage secured again.
