No one likes to deal with garage issues. But if you do, I would highly recommend Precision Door Service! My garage door opener recently died. I called Precision and they offered to send someone out the same day. From the initial contact to the end of the service, everyone was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Rudy (technician) explained all my options for a new garage door opener as well as the prices (fair) and the ins & outs of each. What I liked best is that it was just an honest explanation (as opposed to the typical salesman push to buy the most expensive as you often get with the plumber, furnace, etc.). The installation was done well and quickly. Altogether the quality of service was exemplary!

Our garage door broke suddenly on a Thursday and Precision Door was able to come the following afternoon to fix it. Ruddy did an amazing job. He was friendly and professional. He arrived promptly, and quickly assessed and explained our door situation. I appreciated that he gave me several repair and price options. Within an hour the job was done. Had the torsion spring break on my garage door. Called Precision and talked to a real person immediately. They got me an appointment the very next day. Tom arrived on time and had an estimate of repairs in 10 minutes. Their trucks are fully stocked with the major parts, so he was able to replace the spring on the spot. Tom also did a thorough check of the rest of the door system to identify any other problems. Total job time took 45 minutes and my garage door is up and running! Will definitely call Precision again for my garage door.

These guys are awesome! First off before a technician even comes out you get a text an email and a phone call letting you know who will be coming out and when. Very punctual! My first appointment Tom came out and spent an hour discussing options , answering questions and explaining everything in great detail, as well as taking measurements as my door was a tight fit for a new opener. Tom waswable to write a very accurate and very competitive quote and before he left even made a few adjustments to my door and we scheduled an install appointment. Install day... Tom and two other extremely polite and knowledgeable technicians came out on time with everything they needed to install a conventional opener and a jack shaft opener. They were very quick installing the new gear and and made sure it operated flawlessly. They also took the time to make sure I understood how to operate everything with the openers and wifi capabilities as well as making sure I had no other questions before leaving. I will be recommending these guys to everyone I know and definitely calling them for any future needs!

I would like to share my experience with Precision Door Service. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! My garage door was stuck open Labor Day weekend beginning late Saturday afternoon. I checked in with 2 other garage door companies that stated in their add that they provided emergency service. Both companies I talked to were very put out that I would call on a holiday weekend. Does one plan to have their garage door break? I went ahead and scheduled an appointment with one of the two companies as I had worked with them in the past (side note: will never again now that I have found Precision Door Service). The soonest they could come out was Tuesday after the holiday. My garage would be wide open for 3 days. On Sunday I decided to continue to look for someone that might help me. I saw Precision Door Service's website indicating they were open on Sunday. I called at 8am - they had a service tech out by 11am - on Sunday! Not only was my door fixed to the point of enabling it to shut but the tech also took the time to change out the worn rollers (rollers were needed because they were worn out but not needed to get the door shut). Duncan was the tech that came out on Sunday. Duncan was great to work with, knew what he was doing and was easy to understand. His customer service skills - excellent! I was also impressed by all the electronic communications received from Precision Door - texts and emails to communicate appointment time window, arrival time, copies of the estimates and invoice. Duncan also called to let me know when he was within 15 minutes of arrival. I really felt and continue to feel like a valued customer not an inconvenience. This is the third emergency call that I have had on my garage door. The cables wrap around the "roll bar" and then off the pulleys. Duncan was the first tech to actually figure out why this is happening. It seems to happen about every 2 years since I moved in. The door as I had suspected was originally put in wrong. When I'm ready to have a new door and tracks put in there is no doubt that Precision Door Service will be my first call. Thank you Duncan and everyone at Precision Door Service. You guys rock!

Everything looks great! One thing though, it is a manual garage door and there is no rope or handle to pull it shut when open. Should that have come with the door?

Had a cable break this afternoon. Called for service today and was scheduled between 7 and 9 Pm. Was told that Tom would do the repair. He called at 6:30 and was here at 6:45. The repair was done very professionally and the cost was very reasonable. I will be calling them when I need a door replacement. Very honest and professional company. Five stars plus!

The service was great! We were unable to get our garage door open. The automatic opener did not work and all the manual options were also broken. It is a 40 year old door. Mitch worked very hard and was very persistent. He gave me all the option I had. With the help of two other technicians they were finally able to find a way to open the door. Unfortunately we will need a new door which we will get from Precision.

Mitch was able to come early, went over things that were bad and suggested what needed to be done so that I wouldn't have further issues and would need to call again to have more work done. It was all fixed and rollers, rusted brackets, wires and garage door opener all replaced. Added a keypad on the outside. thank you.

The work (garage door spring and side wire replacement) was done as expected. The technician called me within a promised time window to let me know his arriving time. It was a bit pricey than I expected, but they were transparent with pricing. I’ve got the same quote as I’ve got it on the phone. Also, they came out on Sunday to work on my garage door (same day service) so that was plus.
