I chose Precision Door Service because they advertised same day service and I needed to get my car out of the garage today. Their service tech called and said he would be there in ten or fifteen minutes, which he was. He repaired the problem in less than an hour and was on his way.

Devon Nelson did a great job. Called ahead giving us 20 minutes before he arrived. He made the repair and we discussed new trim around garage door when weather permits. He will check back with me when and he confirms with his colleagues about the trim. Dan Marzolf

Jason came to my house today to look at my garage door. It was a great experience. He called about twenty minutes before he came. When he came, he went through everything in a very thorough way. And, finally, the fix went well, and he went through the inspection of the door in a way that I could easily understand. In all, it was a great customer experience.

I called three places and I am very glad I went with Precision. Phone call to schedule was very easy and NOT pushy at all. Our tech Erik gave me a call about 20 mins out and when he arrived he was very friendly and professional. He quickly explained to me what the issue was and provided me with a VERY REASONABLE quote...he was done with everything in about an hour and my garage door now works great. Will use again and would highly recommend.

When I called Precision Door Service, it was because our garage door was occasionally taking multiple tries to close all the way. Not an emergency by any means, but they still were able to send a technician out to us on the same day and he actually arrived within an hour of my phone call! Eli was very helpful and showed me what the problem was and how to fix it in the future. It was an easy fix, but he was very nice about it! He also showed me a few things to look out for in the future. Thank you, Eli!

The technician I spoke with on the phone before deciding to purchase from Precision, was very thorough in explanation of my options and helped guide me to make an informed decision on the correct equipment. The young men who provided the services were knowledgeable and very courteous. They took the time to explain how the new opener worked and ensured we were clear on the proper operation. I would recommend this company to my friends or use them again with NO reservations.

Eli was great! Courteous, professional, respectful, knowledgeable, prompt. Fixed what was wrong, left alone what was working. Made some suggestions but wasn’t pushy about extra products or services, and the garage door that broke yesterday now works like a dream. Most important: As a single female homeowner, I get a lot of condescension from service and repair people. But Eli talked to ME, not my boyfriend (who was there too), and was informative without calling my intelligence into question. I will be using Precision for all my garage door needs from now on, and will be recommending it to friends.

I had no prior experience with Precision Garage Door when I called them. After making the appointment, the technician came over the exact time as promised and gave me an estimate. It was a fair price and agreed to have the work done. The installers came to the house and replaced the garage door. They were very friendly to talk with while they got the work done. The door looks amazing and feel so thankful that I was given this opportunity to work with such a good company. Thanks, Lori Anderson

When I called to request a consultation the persons who took care of me was professional, pleasent and helpful. Can't recall her name by she is five star. Erik Jergenson came by later today and felt he was also professional and came to a good conclusion to replace my current door not repairing it.
