I found Josh to be very friendly and passionate about his work. Had a garage door cable that busted and in less than an hour I had new cables, a fixed track and all moving parts lubed to perfection. Great work! Highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Thank you, for being the help that you are for us senior citizens. I did my research with other company's and they were not as great as you guys. I've recommended you for my senior friends garage doors. Great people came and answered all my concerns. Love you guys and I got a picture of the person coming to my home. Made me feel safe.

I called around 10 AM hoping for a same day visit and Josh was at my house by 2 PM. He let me know he was on the way before arriving. Josh was extremely professional and personable. He didn’t try to up-sell me items I didn’t need but took the time to explain the various parts and what would be replaced and what was still in good condition. He gave me a straight-forward easy to understand quote that was in line with what I researched. No surprises. The work took about an hour for a three car garage and everything looks and works great. He again walked me through the changes after the new parts were installed. I’m very pleased with the results. Thanks Josh!

Devon was exceptional in his handling of my very difficult garage door issue (insulated very heavy door) - he went the extra mile and helped me to try and fix the new Ryobi garage door opener. After he left the cable broke on the right side (Devon did tell me the rust issue but I did not let him replace the cable at this time. The company rescheduled Ryan to come out to fix it the same day and after looking it over Ryan actually had Tom come out. Everyone was very professional and friendly and I now have my fully functional garage door working. Thank you very much. The prices seemed high to me but they did not charge me labor for the second visit (Ryan and Tom).

My tech was Troy. He did a great job and gave me a good recommendation with no pressure. While he just installed a new opener, I'm considering a new door as well.
