Came home last night to a garage door that wouldn't open and being new to the area had no idea who to call. Did a quick search on Google and found Precision, read a few reviews and decided to call in the morning. They were out within two hours of me calling. I received a text with a photo of Joshua, my technician, immediately and Joshua called a few minutes before arriving. Quickly diagnosed the issue, gave me a quote and completed the repairs. Great service, fair pricing and Joshua was great. I made sure that a new sticker went on the garage door interior so I have their number for next time. Won't be calling anywhere else!

This morning our garage door decided not to open, it was before 6:00 am. I called Precision Door Service and had an appointment scheduled between 8:00 and 10:00 am. Josh was here promptly by 8:30, and had our garage door fixed and working in no time. I've used Precision Door Service 3 times now, and I will never go anywhere else. Their service is impeccable and the technicians are wonderful to work with, explaining every little detail. I can't recommend this company enough, they are the best!

Very professional company. I called at around 5 pm and appointment was scheduled for the next morning at 8am. They sent an email which included a bio of our technician Troy who would be coming. Very professional & knowledgeable. Great service! I have no doubt that all their technicians would be great. I highly recommend Precision.

We had a cable detatch, called Precision. Appointment set for 4-6pm. Devon, service man, called and asked if he could come earlier. We got sent a text message with Devon's picture and was there by 3pm. Devon was very professional and polite. He explained everything he was doing. He got the job done and door working correctly. This is the best customer service I have ever received! My garage door was broke at noon and repaired by 2:45pm. I received two text confirmations WITH a picture of Erik and a call when he was on his way. He was VERY patient and explained everything in detail. Beyond grateful!

I failed to do my homework, so I deserved to pay at least twice for the repair that was done. I was charged $480 (includes a $25 discount for seniors) to replace the tracks on my garage door. I thought at the time, it was high but was under a bit of a time constraint. Afterwards, I researched and discovered the same replacement averages about $200 to $250. The repairman was here for all of an hour, spent about 35 actual minutes on the replacement of the track on both sides of the door. So, shame on me for failure to do the proper research I usually do before getting a project done and shame on me for not getting more than 1 quote.

These guys are awesome! I couldn't be happier with their service! I am a single woman and had just moved into a new (used) home. I'm not terribly handy with things like garage doors and was having technical difficulties getting my garage door opener to sync with my car and with the remotes which the previous owner had left. The technician came out and quickly did an absolutely thorough assessment of all critical parts of my garage door opener (motor, tracks, chain, spring, etc.). Given the age of the opener motor, he could have justified trying to sell me a new one, but he did not do that. :-) He reported that the opener mechanisms were in surprisingly good condition (given their age). All I needed was a new "universal" remote and then everything else sync'ed just fine! :-) The technician was an expert at this. He TOTALLY knew what he was doing! (And he did NOT push me to spend extra money. :-) ) Yay! :-) A cheap solution and an expert report on my garage door's health!

Lucky for us that Precision services 7 days a week, because our inopportune need happened on Saturday of Memorial weekend when my husband in haste backed our SUV out of the garage with the rear door open! Within a few hours, Precision sent a technician to fix the old wooden garage door. Jon, the technician, obviously had the experience and skill needed to deal not only with the off kilter door and disconnected cable, but also the bent screw plate on one side, needing to saw off at least one bolt for replacement. He tightened all bolts and screws throughout the door, showing me where they were loose from years of use, and politely pointed out the deteriorating wood around the screws from moisture and time. With obvious attention to detail, checking and re-checking to ensure that the repair was done right, Jon's experience with a variety of doors and issues was obvious in that he was able to analyze and get right to the fix. He also came prepared with a variety of springs and nuts and bolts, so there was no returning to the shop for parts. Jon also handled my queries about replacement door features, so I feel I understand the advantage of the newer doors. It was re-assuring to have not only a half hour advance call before the technician's arrival, but also a text announcing his enroute. I also received a before-arrival email showing me the technician's photo with a little bio, which was a re-assurance of the right person's arrival. The charge was reasonable, and there was no extra weekend charge. Before I called the company, I read several positive reviews about them from others. This helped me make the call. I also definitely would recommend this company for reliability & service.
