Precision did a great job helping us pick out and install our new garage doors. They look great. A good value and they make an immediate impact on how nice your house looks. Mitch and Rafael were awesome on the install process. They arrived right on time and within a few hours we had brand new doors installed and all keypads/remotes were working. A new garage door opener was also installed. Very friendly and professional guys. The process was very easy.

Installer worked by himself to replace both my garage door and opener with new ones. He was very pleasant and did a great job. Everything works great. He answered all my questions and I am very happg with the results!

Jonathan; he came; he saw; he told us what our options were and gave us good advice. Ours was a peculiar problem of a previously installed overhead garage opener placed in sideways. So we followed his advice and had an electrical outlet installed to accommodate a side garage door opener. Once we called Precision Garage Door we were set up for installation the next. Jonathan was back promptly the next day and installed our new garage door opener. He gave us a class on the operation and care and handling. Jonathan did a fantastic job Installation. I highly recommend him for your garage door problems.

Originally called because my springs broke. I was a little leery at first since I had to go through 2 recorded messages before getting a Rep. But the Service Rep. Colton made up for it. He was at my door in 40 minutes. He surveyed the situation, pointed out that a few hinges were tearing and the rollers were blown (which I expected). I decided to change it all and put in a new opener since mine was over 25 years old. Colton was done and cleaned up in a little over 2 hours. Great service! To top it off, when he called me out to test the unit, there was a pronounced squeak near the end. Honestly, I would have attributed it to new equipment but he spent another 5 minutes replacing a roller and aligning the track. Above and beyond.

Mike and his helper arrived promptly today (Friday afternoon) to fix a broken torsion spring. Had them install a new opener while they were here too. Ran into a few snags but they got our door and opener back to working great - Mike even bought me an ice cream sandwich! Thanks guys!

I think I was really overcharged for the work that was done on my door. I told the technician that I would be replacing the door in a year and he still charged me $450 just to get my door working again.

Chad was right on time and did a thorough exam of my garage door. He explained what apparently went wrong and why my door didn’t work with the opener. He explained my options and I’m the one who asked for a new opener with all the bells and whistles. Being 80 and no one here but me I didn’t want to always have to call friends for help and with my current opener well over 20 years old I chose to go new. He explained how everything works and even set my car's home button for me. I really appreciate everything you as a company and Chad as the expert did!

This was my first time using Precision Garage Door and it was an excellent experience. The tech was friendly, professional, and very efficient. He also took time to answer my questions thoroughly and patiently and to point out features of my opener that I didn't know. I'll certainly use this company again.

The spring on my garage door broke Sunday. The first place I called said they would have to come look Monday morning, explained a spring shortage, many people ahead of me…. I called Precision next. Jessica told me a technician could be to my house Tuesday morning between 8 and 10 and would be prepared to replace my springs and cables then. Mike Greek called me shortly after 8, said he was on his way. He explained my options (the door had dropped and had some damage), gave me the prices, and got busy! An hour later I was good to go. Mike was great, I will not hesitate to call when I decide to replace my door.

My garage door was installed today after several months of waiting for the order to come in (at no fault of Precision) and I love it! Donovan and Alex did a great job and were very friendly; they walked me through how to use it and did a nice job ensuring the rubber gaskets were working without gaps. As an aside, the sales guy who sold me the door had such great things to say about his boss, his compensation and more that he sold me on using a company that takes good care of their employees.

Precision Door Service, We called another company and they came out to fixed a broken cable. They got the door to go up but had to put it down manually until parts we needed came in. They said the parts would take 6 to 8 weeks to come in. I told them my husband just had hip replacement and has a broken bone and would not be able to manually put the door down so he would have to park outside until the part came in. I then called Precision and told them the situation and my husband's hip issue. They had someone out in a couple of hours. Jason Schuster was the technician that came out. He gave excellent recommendations, said he had the parts, told me that if he put in additional struts we wouldn't need the replacement parts, and said he could be out the next day to fix it. I also told him about my husband's hip issue and we had another appointment the next day to look at the broken bone again. I also told him we hoped to retire and move to AZ in the next year. He was out the next day and fixed the door. Both visits he was exactly on time, did excellent work, and before he left, he asked how my husband's hip appointment went, and hoped he was feeling better soon. He also said he hoped we got to retire to AZ next year. He used all the the protocols for Covid-19, which we appreciated even though we have all had our shots here. It's hard to get service like this these days. I will definitely recommend Precision Door Service to anyone else. I am President of our Association here, and have Homeowners who are asking for this kind of help. I have also put a note on the sticker he put on our door for the next owner to use if anything else happens to the door. Thank you all for your help.
