From start to finish this was a pleasant experience, all done by noon same day! Prompt and polite customer service answered call to schedule appt. Offered 2 hour windows all day. Confirmed via text and email. The technician Devon also called and texted me to see if he could come early - yes! Devon was knowledgeable and polite. Explain the costs of each procedure. He even know when Precision's last visit to our house was, and what they did. Devon completed the tasks in 30 minutes. Awesome job. Doors hum.

My rating today is ?????????? Stars.....so far ???? Jon Holton called me on Saturday morning, and said he would be here in an hour. Awesome! I had a window time frame of 8:00 - 10:00 am on Saturday. He was punctual and professional . Jon Holton was aware of what repair was needed, and it was fixed( one roller had come off track on one side of the garage.) There were a few other things that he noticed, and I also had a concern about them as well. He also secured something else a lot better than it was originally (where the end of the arm of the operator, is bolted into the garage door ). Well, long story short, so.... after asking Jon a few more questions, I decided to have a completely new garage door and operator installed. He was knowledgeable about the product, and explained to me about the type of door, and operator I would be purchasing. He also informed about the time it would take to do this, and how many employees they would have to completely install the door, operator, and keypad. Therefore, I was appreciative of the information that he gave me regarding the type of garage door, brand and type of operator, and the garage door opener/remote/keypad, that would be installed for me. Everything is done in one day. Education, communication and honesty are important. Thank you !

Quick response and the tech, Devon was great. But the price for the 25 minute repair was ridiculously high. $160 for two 2 cables and 2 brackets - at Home Depot $20 $50 labor for lube & tune - sprayed door hinges that took 30 seconds $200 labor to reset door and rewind cables - took 25 minutes including setup & cleanup So as a retiree I just paid the tech over $500 per hour to fix my door and that's just not right. I know there's some experience involved here but still? What ever happened to simple, fair time & material pricing? Sorry but can't justify calling you again.

Jason was on time and extremely friendly. He explained the door repair options clearly and completed the replacement of both springs, wires and lower brackets very quickly. Door runs very quietly and smoothly as desired. Highly recommend Precision and specifically Jason after using another service several times over the past 10 years.

My appointment was for a garage door tune-up and roller replacement for 1 door. They were on time, very professional, and very thorough. They didnt try to sell me on additional services that i didnt need. They were very honest and helpful with suggestions on how best to keep the garage door and automatic opener working for years to come. I would highly recommend them.

A little confusion over the time. I wrote down 10:00 to 12:00; I didn't notice on the email confirmation that the time was 12:00 to 2:00. The technician called at 11:30. When he realized there was a confusion over the time he came in ten minutes, which was much appreciated. This was an Angie's List deal. He checked the garage door opener and changed the rollers per the deal. The opener was very noisy before but it is much quieter now. We were very satisfied with the work.

I am amazed at the speed and professionalism with which this company responds. Within minutes of raising a ticket with my home warranty company, precision called me and fixed an appointment at my choosing. They then bettered it by coming over even before that time when I requested and fixed it all in a very short time.
