Thee service was.great however I felt thee prices were waaaaay over there top. Originally I was quoted over $700 for cable replacement and then asked what price point I was thinking?? I have a person that usually repairs for me whom quoted the same repairs completed at $200 and I was charged $430 which really bit into Christmas funds ???? The service was fast and very friendly however price was my issue and unfortunately will likely be the reason I can't afford to use them in the future

Jonathan was on time. He did a full inspection of the door and the opener. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. We had a tension spring break. He explained how the system worked and what was needed to be done to repaired it. He had it fixed in very little time and it works great now. I would definitely recommend this company for your garage door needs.

We were having problems with our 16 ft double garage door. I phoned Precision Door Service this morning and a Field Service Technician was here by noon today. Our technician, Chad Magaard, was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable in the install of our new opener and keypad. He was very efficient and answered all our questions. The new garage door functions as specified. It is very smooth and quiet. Little concerned that the door was not aligned with the door frame. Looking at it from the inside of the garage the left side of the garage door aligns with the door frame and overlaps the door frame on the right side by about 1 1/2 inches appears to be offset to the right side of the garage door opening. Essentially the left side of the garage door does not overlap the door frame. The weather stripping is the only thing that overlaps the garage door on the left side. The functionality of the door doesn't seem to be compromised because of this.

The person that repaired our garage door was great. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. When it came to price. He was there less than 30 minutes. They have a flat fee of $210. Then supplies. It was a bit expensive. To quote another garage door repair person I talked to, sadly after the fact. “You got Screwed!”
