James was on time, extremely courteous, and very thorough. He explained all the future trouble spots but was very practical in pointing out repairs that could be done now but could also "wait". He replaced the cables, as I requested, in about 20 minutes and everything works great. James was the best, I wish all tech reps were like him!

Jim was the service rep that came to our home. Very polite and courteous young man. He knew what to do to get our door back in service and gave us a quote for a new door. I didn’t know ho to call for the repair. Superior Garage Door came up in the internet, read a couple reviews and made the call. . We decided to use Superior Garage Door because of the professional way Jim treated us. Hopefully the installers are as good as Jim

Colton phoned his arrival time and was on-time or early He described and showed ( pictures ) of all the issues with hinges/rollers/cables rusted. Fixed agreed upon immediate concerns and showed what needed further intervention and discussed time /cost for remainder of work. Pleasant -quite capable and pleasant.

When the torsion spring on my roll back garage door snapped, Precision Garage Door was quick to respond. As I'm an engineer, I knew exactly what had happened and what the fix was. Jonathan showed up promptly, even though I did not need his explanation for what happened or what he was doing, he was extremely professional, he explained what he was doing and why. My garage door spring broke after my wife left for work, leaving my no able to get out of the garage. I called Precision Garage Door and the were able to send a service tech out within the hour. The tech arrived early (Jonathan). He was able to get my door open so I could get my truck out. He then proceeded to assess the door. He not only identified the broken spring, but noticed that my door cables were frayed and rusted along with the worn main shaft bearings. He was able to make all the necessary repairs having all the items on his truck. He was extremely courteous and explained everything prior to the work. I would recommend Precision Garage Door for your service or new door needs!

Called because garage door came off the track. Appointment booked in a timely manner. I was not going to be home, but my wife was. I was told there’s an $85 trip fee which would be waived once service was determined and that I would be notified of charge. After 30 mins, the tech completed the fix. I was not notified, but my wife was. She was handed a $400 bill (mind you, no new parts or anything were installed). When I got home hours later, I attempted to open garage door and it failed to open completely and again came off the track. I called back and tech came back out. He “fixed” it again and I was told if I really wanted to make sure this doesn’t happen again I could have them put on new rollers for added cost of course. Bottom line, this place is a RIP OFF. I recommend calling other places that will honestly and upfront tell you the costs. STAY AWAY.

Called because my door came off the track. Appointment was booked in a timely manner. I was not home at time of service, but my wife was. Chad was great. Prompt, friendly and on time. Would’ve been a five star rating, but can only give 4 due to the extreme up charge on the springs that were replaced. Almost $600 for the pair, which I looked up the parts they were under $200 their cost.

Thee service was.great however I felt thee prices were waaaaay over there top. Originally I was quoted over $700 for cable replacement and then asked what price point I was thinking?? I have a person that usually repairs for me whom quoted the same repairs completed at $200 and I was charged $430 which really bit into Christmas funds ???? The service was fast and very friendly however price was my issue and unfortunately will likely be the reason I can't afford to use them in the future

Jonathan was on time. He did a full inspection of the door and the opener. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. We had a tension spring break. He explained how the system worked and what was needed to be done to repaired it. He had it fixed in very little time and it works great now.
