Nothing like having your torsion spring snap on one of the coldest nights in January. Called and was able to get an appointment the next day. Were on time and the repairman was not pushy trying to make me buy something that I would not want. Great company, I will definately use then again in the future. Highly recommend them!!

Our garage door suddenly stopped working on a Sunday. I called Precision and they came out that same day, recommended either a new spring which he could do right then but after chatting we felt a new garage door was the best option. He fixed the spring to carry us through until the new garage door was installed. They got it installed much quicker than estimated and I didn't even have to do a thing! Affordable too! Great experience.

5 Stars for sure! Our garage door opener ceased to work last night and after consulting Angie's list for recommendations, decided to contact Precision. I was pleased to be able to speak one on one with a service representative who set about scheduling an appointment for me. My service was scheduled between noon and 2:00PM. At precisely noon, my phone rang! AJ was calling from my driveway; he had arrived. I instinctively KNEW I could trust A.J. He was incredibly pleasant, explained that he would be conducting a thorough exam of our equipment and would communicate his findings upon completion. True to his word, he brought me into the garage to review his findings with me. I realized how lucky we had been that the garage door had worked for as long as it did. I purchased the recommended package and he set about making the repairs. It is comforting to know that all repairs made are guaranteed and I will most definitely be in touch again when I am able to replace the actual garage door opener. Jason was my technician. He was prompt arrived when he said he would. Quickly diagnosed the issue was no electricity coming into the garage. Did an efficient job of checking status of door, cables, rollers. Offered options I could accept. I just did the service charge as the key for me was being able to manually open the door. Nice work - would recommend Jason to anyone.
