Technician AJ arrived on time, inspected the door, explained repair options, and quickly completed the repairs that I decided to do. My cars had been trapped in the garage due to a broken door spring, so it was a relief to have the repair completed within a few hours after I called. I would call Precision Door if I need repairs in the future.

Rudy came out because we were experiencing issues with door closing properly. Minor adjustments were made and Rudy was OUTSTANDING in explaining how the sensors work, what we need to watch for, and generally how things work. It was very helpful. Your technicians were responding to a warranty claim. They came out examined the current state of the opener, recommended replacement of the opener and the wheels on the garage door. They did a great job outlining my options and moved ahead quickly with my chosen option. They completed within their estimated time as well. Lars was here today and replaced the worn out gears in my garage door opener. He also applied some lubricant to the rollers and hinges on the garage door, and suggested that I consider replacing the rollers and a couple of other support parts fairly soon. I appreciated that there was no pressure with the recommendation, just a suggestion that I consider this in the near future. Lars was very friendly, efficient and helpful, and my garage door opener is again working great! If my door or opener need service again, I would not hesitate to contact Precision Door and request Lars!

My opener broke on the coldest day of the year and I was desperate to get it fixed. I contacted Precision and they were able to send out Rudy and Lars the same day I called. They were very knowledgeable and gave some advise on how to select the quietest opener. Rudy and Lars were able to replace the opener and install new rollers in about an hour. They programmed my openers and gave a complete walk through of the features. Great service and friendly techs!

The entire experience with Precision Door - from placing the initial request for service down to the installation review with AJ - was nothing but efficient, courteous and professional. Of particular note was the knowledgeable and friendly installation technician - AJ. He arrived exactly on time and after a quick introduction and review of what service was to be performed got to work straight away. After a very short time he was finished and gave me a demonstration of the new hardware installed - in our case a garage door opener with new controls (remote and wall-mounted.) He also answered all my questions leaving me confident in the knowledge that our garage door issue was resolved in entirety. I would highly recommend this company as they are nothing short of courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and friendly.
