Very pleased with the service from Precision Garage Doors. I knew the previous owner had installed a bottom line opener and therefore was not surprised when it failed. PD was able to respond the next day. Excellent communication on who the tech would be, including his photo and up to date information on arrival time. Chad Magaard was extremely polite and professional. He did not try to upsell me, but when I realized he proposed the same brand I requested the upgrade (worm vs gear drive). For a minimal cost difference I have a very quiet door, excellent lighting and security camera. Chad completed the installation in about an hour and reprogrammed all openers. When I first bought the home I called the number on the sticker in the garage…..that sticker was removed 2 years ago and I only call Precision Door.

James arrived promptly at 8. He then took pictures . He was very thorough in explaining what he needed to do. It was bitterly cold on Tuesday!! He worked for almost 4 hours not coming in from the cold. He then spent time pairing the garage to my phone. He knew exactly what needed to be done. So grateful for the work he did. My garage door failed yesterday when a cable snapped. Precision Door was recommended by a friend. I called. They booked an appointment for the next morning. A Sunday morning I might add. Jameson L, the technician, reached out at 7:25 am to say he would be at my place at the scheduled time. He was. He gave me a quote within 15 minutes upon arriving. Jameson completed the work in less time than quoted and at a smaller cost than originally thought. He was polite, knowledgable, accurate and efficient. If I had a service company, I would hire Jameson to work with my company. Precision Door is the company to call for all your Garage Door needs.

When our garage door broke I called Precision, who did a great job fixing the issue. Their scheduler answered the phone and had a technician out within an hour. The technician diagnosed the issue as well as made recommendations to improve the longevity of the door. He took time to show me pictures and walk through the changes before we moved forward. Hello! I was so pleased with my entire experience with your company. Adam came out and did a great job inspecting everything with me, gave me a detailed quote and did a great job. I had a new opener installed and replaced the springs and rollers. My door works beautifully now, no more noise! Adam was very friendly, professional and knowledgable.
