The Monday start to my week was not what I had planned. That was evident when I could not get my garage door up! I phoned Precision, and your agent explained when your technician Jason Schuster would be available, and set up an appointment time. The good news was that he was early. Jason spotted the problem right away, and after a thorough inspection, offered 3 options. He explained each of them clearly, and made my choice easy. I chose the option with a lifetime warranty. Jason promptly and efficiently made the repairs - a real professional! The door now works great! If I need service again, I will contact Precision - and request Jason.
Thank you Jeff. We are happy Precision Garage Door Service and Jason were able to make the start of your Monday a little easier with the unplanned garage door problems. We appreciate the opportunity to earn your business. I will pass your kind review onto Jason as well.

I had a good initial impression when I talked with the representative on the phone to set up the appointment. The appointment was set up for the day following my phone call, and Jason arrived prior to the 1:00 to 3:00 window, after first calling to see if it would be OK if he came early. Jason was very thorough in his work and in explaining what the issues were with our garage doors, and did a general tuneup as well as replacing the rollers. The doors now sound and work great. Thanks to Jason for a great experience.
Don, thank you for your review. We are happy you had a positive experience with Jason and Precision Garage Door Service and your garage door is sounding and working great.

Efficient, courteous service. AJ was congenial and well-spoken. He promptly fixed my 50+ year old door, demonstrated its problems, discussed the likelihood of its imminent demise, and made a sales pitch and estimate for a replace the door. I anticipated the process would involve all that and it was not at all a high pressure approach. It is valuable to have a notion of replacement costs so that we can plan for that eventuality.

Within about 30 minutes of chatting with their online Customer Service Specialist, AJ was at my place and assessing the situation (some of that was luck of availability and being in the area, I know). AJ explained everything easily and made sure I had no questions. The work was done quickly and respectfully. Hopefully I won't need any more Garage Door repairs, but if I do, I will reach out again.

Precision Door Service was exceptional and professional from start to finish. Our door broke on the weekend -- of course -- and they were able to send someone out within two hours. The service tech was easy to talk to, trustworthy and efficient. He replaced broken springs, rusted rollers, cracking hinges and stabilized the area where the chain was attached to the door. It's rare to have service this good! I will be recommending them to the neighbors!

I couldn't be more pleased. From the initial response to my inquiry, the estimate, scheduling, speed of service, delightful installer who didn't sell me more than I needed and added a switch for me. And the price was very reasonable. I got my money's worth.

Rudy was very knowledgeable regarding garage doors and was very pleasant to work with. He and his partner Lars were very nice. I appreciated their professionalism and would recommend your company to others based on their performance. The job is yet to be completed but they went the extra mile for us to be able to use the old door until the new door shows up.
