It was such a great experience. I messaged them on their website Sunday afternoon and was able to get an appointment for the next day. Jonathan Zwart was the technician that visited my home and he was a professional. He was able to show me exactly why my garage door opener wasn't working and gave me plenty of information about how the door was supposed to work. Garage door works now. Didn’t appreciate the attempted hard sell for unnecessary “ repairs”. Not a good business practice.

Last night, after the car was in the garage, a large spring broke sounding like a huge bang. I thought someone had run into the overhead door, it was that loud. Afterwards, the opener no longer worked and I could not get the large door open. Having to work the following morning, I never imagined that I could find a service company available before 10 am. Jason arrived about 8:30 am and was finished about an hour later in time for me to leave for work. He was extremely thorough and thoughtful, went over every detail before he began his work and there were no surprises. This company has an A+ rating with the MN BBB and I can understand why. I highly recommend.

He was knowledgeable about the door issues and resolved our issue quickly. This all took place over the weekend and was very quick. The Spring broke on Saturday night and he was out on Sunday to fix it. I would definitely recommend Precision Door for garage door repair.

It was a good and positive experience dealing with your company. Chris, the young technician was very courteous and professional. I v get felt that he was trying to pressure me into any service that I did not want. He laid out the problem and presented a good solution. Precision took my call and got a technician out to our home in about two hours. The technician Devon was great! He gave us a detailed breakdown of what was wrong and finished the job in less than an hour.
