Our garage door came off the rails at 4PM on a chilly Friday and Precision was able to get there about 30 minutes later when other places said Monday was their first opening. Thank you to technician Jason S. for your expertise and helpfulness.

A spring on our garage door broke and we did not realize it until trying to get the door open Friday, mid-day. First place I called could not be out until Monday at the earliest --- I called Precision and the tech was here approximately 70 minutes after I called. Fast (very fast) service at a reasonable price. Precision will be my first call if ever needed again.

I called Precision Door Mn around 9am. A technician named Jon arrived around 10:30 am. He first explained the choices and costs. Then he went to work. He was obviously skilled and efficient. He wasted no time. When he finished he answered my questions. At all times he was professional and courteous. The cost was reasonable. I highly recommend Jon and Precision Door Mn.

Jason did a great job with my 25 point inspection. He also replaced my worn metal rollers with new nylon rollers. He was extremely professional and thorough, going through all points of the inspection to let me know of potential problem areas down the road. Great service!
