Tom and the people at Precision really are great to work with! Tom originally fixed a broken spring two winters ago and now they installed a new opener that was done very thoroughly and impressively by Alex. They communicate well and really have a strong sense of customer service that is lacking in this day and age with too many service providers. Nothing but great things to say about this company!

Called around noon to schedule a repair expecting a couple days wait. Was told “we can have someone there between 2 and 4 TODAY. Ryan texted at 2:30 and showed up at about 3:15. He looked at the job, gave me a quick assessment and got to work. Fixed issue, advised me on the opener and suggested I wait based on current cost and our conversation. Thank you. The technician (Chris) was on time, knowledgeable, and got the work done quickly. It's DIY work that I've done in the past, but I just didn't have the time, this time around, because other things were falling apart, and it was sweet to call up and have this taken care of in no time, and a good price.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Precision. I called this AM for repair of a broken spring and a technician was at my door for the repair by 11:30 this morning. Chris Sleeper, the technician was courteous, pleasant to work with, thorough and willingly addressed all questions I had regarding the single broken spring and the door’s unpleasantly noisy operation. Although I had hoped for a less expensive single spring replacement, I was not surprised to learn my concerns and questions about my current door’s operation were valid. In the end I opted for a more extensive repair. I now have a door that operates very smoothly and is much quieter! I am very pleased with the quality of the repair and the service!

My garage door cable broke and trapped my cars inside my garage. Within 3 hours, it was fixed! Devon was great; kind, gracious and quick. He answered all my questions. I don't know if the price was comparable to other companies, but I wanted to stay local in Stillwater. Responsiveness is important to me. My garage door spring broke on a Saturday. I called Precision and they said they could have someone here the same day! Technician arrived on time. He was friendly and courteous. He examined my garage door, made some recommendations and replaced my broken springs. I would definitely call Precision again. I think their prices are competitive with other companies. My garage door won't stay closed and it has a horrible scratchy noise at the end of the closure. I called Precision Door Service and within an hour a technician was here. Unbelievable service! Jason listened to me explain the issue and immediately went to work to solve the problem. He was courteous and professional. He gave me some tips for the future as the motor is quite old. The cable and track for our garage door broke late on a Friday night and Precision Door was able to get someone out to our house early Saturday afternoon. Tom had everything he needed with him and after a couple hours he was on his way.
