It's Memorial Day, and Jon came out with his expertise in showing me exactly what was wrong with my garage door and what it would cost to fix it. In our discussion I asked about a new garage door because of all that needed to be repaired on the existing (15 years old), and we decided it was best to replace. I had told him my garage door opener light didn't work, he replaced two bulbs and the lights now work (I had replaced them before,but was obviously doing something wrong). Jon did not need to do this, but went out of his way to help. Also, to my surprise, my new garage door will be installed within two days; "Heads up to Precision" Thank you.

Setting up the appointment was easy and timely and I appreciated the friendly customer service. The Technician (Devon Nelson) showed up on time and immediately started to diagnose the problem. Devon was very friendly, engaging, well organized and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem and immediately removed the faulty garage door opener and replaced it with a similar belt drive garage door opener, as well as all of the remotes and the hard wired opener inside the garage. When the job was completed, Devon cleaned everything up and hauled away all of the discarded materials. He completed the project in about two hours. I am very pleased with Precision Door Service (They repaired another garage door previously) and would highly recommend them for a professional and reasonably priced garage door related repair or installation!

Loved that the appointment reminder text came with a photo of the technician, so I knew Duncan when he arrived. He was efficient, had all the equipment available, and very professional. He also showed me how to troubleshoot if necessary. Highly recommend.

Our garage door spring broke, trapping both of our vehicles in the garage. Since it was Sunday, I had no idea how long it would take. I found Precision website, and the chat function popped up. A service technician was available, and we had a repair in about 3 hours! So we were thrilled. The technician was very professional and careful. Email confirmation of the appointment was appreciated. I really just wish all companies had service like this.

I discovered my garage door had a broken spring on Sunday morning. I called Precision, and they sent AJ out to repair it that afternoon. He had new springs and replacement cables installed in about an hour, explaining each step as he went along (AJ found that the old cables were frayed - not safe). He did an excellent job, and I will call Precision for my next garage door servicing. Atta boy, AJ!

We heard of Precision through a family member, and got a quote from you. The quote was within reason compared to the local home improvement stores, and they were going to be professionally installed. The staff was great to work with, straight forward, and the finished product is absolutely beautiful. I would recommend Precision to anyone. BTW, great job, Rudy!!
