One of the springs on our garage door broke on a weekend so I gave Precision a call. Someone answered right away and helped setup an appointment. I love Precision Door Service. What is so great about your company is that your very courteous employees evaluate the problem, give you a cost and immediately gets to work. I’m totally lost when my door is not working and if I had to wait even one day for the work to be done it would be a burden since I’m a senior citizen. Josh installed a completely new door opener in 1 1/2 hours. Everything was spotless when he left. Thank you for making my day. Josh is a gem!

This is the second time Devon has been out. The first time was to install a new garage opener and the second time was to replace broken springs. He was timely, professional, very thorough and really pleasant! He clearly likes his job and has excellent work ethic! Please give him a raise. Thank you! We decided to call Precision Door Service since we had gone 2 days with a no call from another company we used in the past. Best decision we could have made. Right from the get go, the dispatch center was 100% professional and extremely polite. Once the appointment was set up the texts and emails confirming the appointment, along with the picture of our tech servicing us was a very nice touch and shows the professionalism of this company. Our tech Eli, called to let us know he was on his way. When he arrived, we went over some items and he conducted his inspection. He was very professional and did not try to force sell us anything. In the end, our 20 yr old unit was better off being replaced. He was fast, efficient, and very professional. We enjoyed some good conversation and are very happy with a much quieter and efficient unit. Hands down, Precision Door Service and Eli have made us customers for life, hands down. Thank you so much for giving us piece of mind and getting us back on track.

The technician was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done and why in terms that I could understand. We needed all new equipment and you can't imagine how nice it is to go from a creaky garage door that sounds like it is going to fall off when it is opened or closed to something that we can't even hear it open or shut and can control from our phones.
