My garage door decided to quit working on me 7 months ago. In my effort to try and figure it out myself, I only made it worse (go figure)! When I realized the problem was beyond my capabilities to fix, I called Precision to come help! They came out, tech was amazing. He was kind, friendly, and able to explain the problem in ways I could understand! I spent a lot of money to fix the problem! However, 7 months later he was back at my house with a door that, again, did not work! This time I did NOT touch anything other then the manual opener to make to door go up and down. Long story not so short, he had to come back. He was again kind, friendly, and informative (even though I probably came off a little frustrated with him) My only wish is he would have noticed the problem before he had to come back out again, and force me to leave my garage open to the public for 2 days (due to my personal schedule, not his schedule)! AMAZING company, will recommend 10/10…. But if futures issues could be considered on initial meeting could have saved everyone time!

I initially agreed to replacing the cables on my garage door, but after the repair the door was not operating as smoothly as our tech Chad would have liked, so he called his manager Bret and they spent some time shoring up/lubricating the door and doing what was needed to get the door operating well. Above and beyond the cables, without charging above the agreed upon price. The garage door is functioning better than when it was originally installed. Highly recommend these guys!

Up front communication was completely professional. Brian arrived on time after calling to confirm that he was on the way. Our service tech, Chad Magaard, was prompt, professional, and did a fantastic job replacing the torsion spring and preforming routine maintenance to the garage door that was needed. Adam performed a repair on our garage door and carefully explained what was going on, what was needed, where it was appropriate to upgrade to better materials, e/g a stainless steel cable vs. a steel cable that could rust, and at the end showed us how to properly keep the door lubricated and in good functioning order. Overall, we're incredibly happy with the service we received.
