I had a door that would only go up a few feet. I determined that there must have be a broken spring, although I couldn't see the springs and determined that they must be within the tube shaft.. I called Precision, and they came out within two hours of my call. Jonathan Zwart, the technician explained that I had a Dalton Torquemaster lift assembly which were light duty, and suggested that the entire assembly be replaced. It was evident from the size of the spring that was broken, that the assembly was not suitable Jonathan completed the conversion quickly and answered all my questions.

Very wothwhile experience. What resulted in being only a minor issue was valuable in having Service Tech, Mike Greek, proivde some valuable insight and information for going forward. Was very hlad he could come and look over the garage door and its condition. This was the third visit from Precision Door regarding issues and each was handled very well with efficiency and also calmly explaining issues for future consideration. Recommended highly.

Called for service day of on my restaurant garage door.( wouldn’t close so it was an emergency). Great customer service. Communication the same day , time frame and the tech was very good. I got home from work late at night and as soon as I closed the garage door, I heard a "bang" and then realized one of my springs had just broken. I was concerned about being able to get our cars out the next morning. I called Precision right away the next morning and a very friendly and helpful lady said they could have someone out to our house between 9 and 11am. I was thrilled. Josh called ahead to say he was on the way and he got here about 9:30. After an inspection, he explained the process and costs to repair the spring and he also offered additional maintenance services if we so desired. One of our cables was starting to fray, so we had those replaced as well. Josh did an awesome job of explaining everything, giving me estimates on time and cost, and keeping me up to date on the repair. The whole thing was done in a little over an hour and we were back in business. He explained what he found during the repairs, and he also readjusted our garage door opener to work properly with the new springs in place. I was thrilled by how fast and professional everything was. I was worried I wouldn't get our door fixed by the end of the day, but we were back up and running (even better than before) just a few hours after I called. I'm very happy with my experience and really impressed by the job that Josh did for us. Thank you!

He answered my questions and didn’t try to oversell me. Pricing was competitive with other services.
