Great service, Worked a chat (best experience I've had with those) with Ashley, on a Sunday morning and before noon, the technician, Troy was at our place. He clearly explained what was happening and offered solutions for our 15 year old door. 90 minutes later it was all set to go. He didn't have one part (surge protector) so indicated he would be back out the next day to install and, like clockwork he was. Highly recommend this company.

Ronnie came out within 2 hours after I called. At no time was I under pressure to purchase anything or do anything. All things were explained to me. If I need any further anything done to my garage door I will use precision door company and want Ronnie again. I had another garage company this spring that ripped me off and did nothing and charged me almost $600

I subscribe to the HSA Warranty program and rely on them to screen vendors for reliability and quality. They recommended Precision to me and I was very pleased with the service I received. The two gentlemen who came to my house were very professional. on time and pointed out other problems that could cause problems in the future, so we were able to take a proactive stance to prevent inconveniences down the road. Our garage spring unexpectedly broke and left me with my car stuck inside. I went online to look for help on getting a quote for how much the fix would be as well as the timing for when I would be able to access my car. It was early in the morning so I was very nervous I wouldn't be able to find any information for at least a couple hours let alone be able to get to my car for the rest of the day. I came across the Precision website and was happy to see they were local to my area. I used the Live Chat option to ask my questions and with informative answers, I scheduled an appointment the same day. I was very impressed with the amount of detail in the responses to my questions and the short amount of time it took to schedule an appointment the same day. In addition to this, I received an email confirmation of my appointment, a text message with details on my technician that would be coming and a phone call from the person letting me know when he was going to arrive. While he was at my house, he completed a full review of our garage door and gave me all the details with photos of the issue(s) as well as options as far as the repair. He was very informative and friendly. Most importantly for me, he was able to do all the work as soon as I choose my option. I had my car out by noon! Thank you Jason and Precision Door Service.
