I was able to schedule a same-day appointment for someone to come out and look at my garage. Devon called me before he arrived and was very prompt. He was very friendly and respectful. He immediately knew the issue, within 5 minutes of his arrival. He still took the time to look over the rest of the garage door and do an inspection. He then gave me an estimate for our garage door that was very reasonable! Within 15 minutes of the estimate, our garage door was fixed and operational. He was AMAZING!!! Thank you Devon!!

I called for service at 7:45 am. They were at my home at 8:15 am. They gave me the price for the service that I needed done and also did an overall check and made recommendations for additional service. I never felt pressure to have the recommendations done today. Based on the knowledge and professionalism of the repair person, we had it all done. We are very pleased with the outcome and will use them again.

The assigned Tech, Ronnie was prompt, professional and courteous. Ronnie deserves high praise for his good work. In short order my existing door was re installed and works great. Ronnie did a good job of adhering to safety standards because of COVID. The only negative was the pricing. I didn’t anticipate spending over a grand to reinstall and existing door. Give the tech a bonus and I will feel a little better.

Was very happy with the time in which repair was made, how it was explained to me and the Gentleman was very professional as he went about the task. Just wow.. my garage door was completely broken. I called in the A.M. and Precision was able to come out to my place that same day at 5pm, and got the door up and running less than an hour.. Tom was all around great! He called when he was on his way and I received a text message with his info and photo. We had an emergency repair needed, he was able to come earlier than expected. We called the 24 hour line on Memorial Day and your guys were able to come out the very next morning so we appreciate that. They were professional and they were nice,too. They also were educational so we learned something for the future. I was so happy about the price that I forgot to redeem our $15 off coupon which we would have qualified for three different categories. Thank you Rudy and Duncan you guys were outstanding.

I would not trust this company. I called and spoke to a customer service representative and told her that one of the springs had broken on my garage door. She said that would generally run $150, but couldn't guarantee that, which I completely understand. She they said it would be $60 for the trip if I chose not to go with their company to fix my garage door. I later realized why that was mentioned. When the service guys showed up, they immediately said they would not fix just the one spring because it was unsafe for them to do that. They also mentioned they would do a 24 point inspection and give me a quote. Immediately, I realized that I was being taken advantage of. The person on the phone told me that it would be approximately $150 for the one spring and the service guy said they don't even do one spring without the other. Awhile later, I got quotes of $555, $600, and $800 for them to replace wheels and clean this and that. I completely understand that every product and service has a price and I am willing to pay for the products and services I receive. However, these folks were called to my home under a completely different expectation of cost. I would advise anyone I know to avoid this company. Trust is one of the most important things a company can have with their customers. Based on the lack of integrity shown in my interaction, I have no trust in this company.

First off, I called Precision Door on Saturday (another local competitor was not open Saturday), and you were able to schedule me Monday morning--tat was very impressive and appreciated. Mitch came to repair my garage door (one of the two springs broke), and review my situation with any other recommendations. Since it is a 31 year old door, when he suggested replacing the worn metal rollers with nylon ones, we decided to add that to the project. He presented me with three options, and gave me NO PRESSURE at all to upgrade, but explained what each level would entail. He said that, given the repairs he was doing, the door should be serviceable for the foreseeable future. I am pleased to report how terrific his service and politeness was all along the way! He could not have done a better job or been more admirable in his approach to the entire process. As mentioned, he gave me options with no pressure, and seemed to have my best interest in mind and heart at every step. Very impressive experience with Mitch and with Precision Door this week! If anyone is in a similar predicament as I, I will certainly recommend your company wholeheartedly! Thanks!

I had a garage door opener that had stopped working. I put new batteries in, but still it didn't work. Called Precision Door and set up appointment for next day. Lars was the technician. He called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived well within the 2 hr window. Lars took the remote and was able to analyze the problem and reprogram the remote in a matter of minutes. Very professional.
