Within about 30 minutes of chatting with their online Customer Service Specialist, AJ was at my place and assessing the situation (some of that was luck of availability and being in the area, I know). AJ explained everything easily and made sure I had no questions. The work was done quickly and respectfully. Hopefully I won't need any more Garage Door repairs, but if I do, I will reach out again.

Precision Door Service was exceptional and professional from start to finish. Our door broke on the weekend -- of course -- and they were able to send someone out within two hours. The service tech was easy to talk to, trustworthy and efficient. He replaced broken springs, rusted rollers, cracking hinges and stabilized the area where the chain was attached to the door. It's rare to have service this good! I will be recommending them to the neighbors!

I give them 5 stars! The service was excellent. The technician was polite and courteous. They came on time and called me 20 minutes before they came. He diagnosed the problem and gave me 3 options to choose for correction. There was no high pressure to get a new garage door. I am highly satisfied!!

I was given an appointment right away and they were there within 2 hrs. And the service man was just very nice and took care of the problem. He never ask me to do more than I needed done, however he suggested things that I could do and he serviced the garage door and it now works better than it ever has.
