Great Service! Called 24 hour emergency service to repair broken springs and they arrived within 2 hours on memorial day. They did a full inspection and replaced the springs, rollers, rails, and a new garage door opener in about a hour and a half. Awesome Job!

The Monday start to my week was not what I had planned. That was evident when I could not get my garage door up! I phoned Precision, and your agent explained when your technician Jason Schuster would be available, and set up an appointment time. The good news was that he was early. Jason spotted the problem right away, and after a thorough inspection, offered 3 options. He explained each of them clearly, and made my choice easy. I chose the option with a lifetime warranty. Jason promptly and efficiently made the repairs - a real professional! The door now works great! If I need service again, I will contact Precision - and request Jason.

I had a good initial impression when I talked with the representative on the phone to set up the appointment. The appointment was set up for the day following my phone call, and Jason arrived prior to the 1:00 to 3:00 window, after first calling to see if it would be OK if he came early. Jason was very thorough in his work and in explaining what the issues were with our garage doors, and did a general tuneup as well as replacing the rollers. The doors now sound and work great. Thanks to Jason for a great experience.

Efficient, courteous service. AJ was congenial and well-spoken. He promptly fixed my 50+ year old door, demonstrated its problems, discussed the likelihood of its imminent demise, and made a sales pitch and estimate for a replace the door. I anticipated the process would involve all that and it was not at all a high pressure approach. It is valuable to have a notion of replacement costs so that we can plan for that eventuality.
