Updated on 1/26/23: We are happy to hear our Service Manager, Bret and Service Technician, Mike were at your property yesterday to access and troubleshoot the problem with your current opener and wiring that was causing your door not to work correctly. The issue is now fixed and it is working great. Brian, I am so sorry to hear of this! Our apologies for the missed communication, but we are happy our Service Manager was able to reach you today to discuss and schedule a service technician to return tomorrow to access. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

After accessing and troubleshooting the problem with your current garage door opener and incorrect wiring from a previous installation that was not done by our company that was causing your door not to work correctly. Our Service Technician fixed that issue and said it is working great. We are happy to help.
