ZERO, if I could give a rating of ZERO I would, the tech did the work he was supposed to do but in leaving he broke the garage door in my third stall. When I called in about having a tech come out to fix the door they broke they wanted me to pay a service charge and if any parts/labor was needed I would need to pay for that. I sent an email about what happened and no response. I would call around to other garage door repair companies and not use this one.

Our apologies for the missed communication, but we are happy our Service Manager was able to reach you to discuss and schedule a service technician to return on January 25th to access. After accessing and troubleshooting the problem with your current garage door opener and incorrect wiring from a previous installation that was not done by our company that was causing your door not to work correctly. Our Service Technician fixed that issue and said it is working great. We are happy to help.

They picked up on the phone right away. As we were going out of town in a few days, they got a repairman (mike) out early the next morning. He got garage fixed. We were going to have door replaced next spring anyway, as it was 30 years old, so mike gave us a rundown on the cost of a new door and opener. The crew was out early the next morning and had it in place just in time for our travel time. Highly recommend. Fast, efficient, pleasant.

When technician Devon arrived he too was knowledgeable and provide recommendation on best installation option. Devon did great job installing 2 units and replacing rollers in one door. Devon was knowledgeable, came early, and gave us the fix-it for now option or replace it now. Our opener was SO noisy, and he lubed up everything. It's tons quieter. May not stay that way, since it's almost 19 years old. When it has to be replaced, we will definitely call on Precision.

We had a major garage door mishap on Thursday 08/27/20 around 5:15pm. I had to leave for a while but used your chat service around 8pm. You had an appt for me for 8am the next morning. Your tech, Erik Jergenson, text me and called me and was at my house at 8am. He surveyed what had happened, put a plan in place while explaining everything that needed to be done. He got to work and was finished before 11am. Great job and clean. I would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door repair, service or replacement.

Precision Door Service was the only garage door repair company in the Twin City metro area that was open for service calls on Memorial Day weekend 2020. I called Sunday morning with a repair request and had a technician to my home by 5:00 pm that day. Eli Traaseth was the technician and he did a thorough and high quality job. We needed our garage door springs repaired/removed. He also installed new door rollers and vertical tracks, as our existing door was in need of service. I was very happy with the service that Eli and Precision Door Service provided. I will recommend them to my family and friends.
