Jason, one of the techs, came out the same day I called. Within 15 minutes he had a detailed report going over everything that needed to be repaired/replaced (my door had crashed after one of the wire spools had rusted and given way). He was very friendly and very professional. Once I gave the go ahead he was done with everything that needed to be done in about 90 minutes, which seemed very fast to me! He did a great job and showed me everything he did. All in all, from the time I placed my initial call, it was less than 5 hours and I was back to fully up and running! Pricing was very reasonable and I can't recommend Precision enough!

Jon replaced my broken garage door springs yesterday. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He explained how to tell if parts were wearing out and upkeep on the door. He did not pressure me into anything I did not want done. He did a great job replacing the springs, bearings on the bar and spraying the hinges. Goes up much quieter now.
