We were very pleased with the work that Jason provided. He arrived promptly at the appointment time and did a thorough diagnosis of the opener problem. He quickly installed a keypad opener, too. I would highly recommend him for his work ethic!

Garage Door broke last night around 9pm. Called Precision today at 8am. Door fixed by 1:30pm. Pretty darn good turn around time! The tech that came to my house was quick, thorough, and very courteous. Tai Hoang give me a few options to chose from to fix the issue, with no up sale pressure. He was clear on the the issue, and was done fixing it in less then an hour. I give him and Precision 5 stars. If anything happens to the door again I will be calling them back!

My appointment was for a garage door tune-up and roller replacement for 1 door. They were on time, very professional, and very thorough. They didnt try to sell me on additional services that i didnt need. They were very honest and helpful with suggestions on how best to keep the garage door and automatic opener working for years to come. I would highly recommend them.
Judy, thank you for taking the time to review your recent garage door tuneup with us. We appreciate your business.

A little confusion over the time. I wrote down 10:00 to 12:00; I didn't notice on the email confirmation that the time was 12:00 to 2:00. The technician called at 11:30. When he realized there was a confusion over the time he came in ten minutes, which was much appreciated. This was an Angie's List deal. He checked the garage door opener and changed the rollers per the deal. The opener was very noisy before but it is much quieter now. We were very satisfied with the work.
Thank you for taking the time to review your recent service with us. Sorry about the confusion with your appointment time, but glad Jason called and was able to get to your home soon after. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

I am amazed at the speed and professionalism with which this company responds. Within minutes of raising a ticket with my home warranty company, precision called me and fixed an appointment at my choosing. They then bettered it by coming over even before that time when I requested and fixed it all in a very short time. AJ Dreyling was super friendly, helpful and patient with all the questions I interrupted him with and all the while kept on the job and finished it to perfection. No attempt at hard-selling their solution is always a pleasure!

AJ was great! I was surprised about the "Crashed Door" charge. I thought it was way too expensive and I was not warned about the possibility of this charge on the phone.
Thank you for taking the time to review your recent service with AJ. We appreciate your feedback about not communicating the "crashed door" charge possibility on the phone.
