A tech was at my door within 30 minutes and the job was done in about an hour. Very professional and personable. They did a full inspection and did a thorough job. Can’t say enough good things about them, I will be recommending precision to anyone who needs garage door service.

Prompt service. Tech very knowledgeable and experienced. Did a great job replacing my broken springs and doing general PM on the door. Had all the tools and parts in his truck. I would highly recommend Precision for any work you might need on your garage door. Cost was reasonable too.

Punctual, friendly and professional. I requested services to reseal my garage doors, but the assessment revealed a need for additional work. I was given an explanation of the extra work and the consequences for either doing or not doing it. No pressure. I had all of the work completed and my garage doors are now more silent, and the resealing keeps out critters and leaves. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company and would use it again.

I cannot say enough good things about the technician (Chris Sleeper) that installed my opener. He was very friendly and efficient. He thoroughly explained the different amenities that came with the opener, and also walked me through the best way to maintain my doors. He defined what Customer Service should be, and assured me I was not just another number, but a valued customer.

Rudy was very courteous and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions and provided his best professional opinion on how to fix our garage door. I did not end up using Precision as a different quote was significantly lower and better fit our budgetary requirements.

From the start to finish, PrecisionDoorMN was a great company to work with. The company was assigned by our home warranty company. I spoke with Selena who was extremely helpful and understanding. Was able to assign services for the next day. Jon was more than on time, he was early, which worked better for all of us. He explained the problem, showed me the problem, offered a variety of fixes/prices. Jon was knowledgeable and professional. Very pleased with the company overall. I’d recommend them!

5 Stars! Precision Garage Door is very responsive and is genuinely customer service oriented. Jason S, the technician who serviced my garage doors was outstanding and an asset to Precision. If I ever have any other needs for garage related issues I'm calling Precision! Jason also took the time to give us information about new garage doors as well.

I asked for a quote and Rudy came out to my house within a few days, great personality and friendly. I agreed to buy the same day. I was told 2-3 weeks, however after 4 weeks I had to call to see the status, and I was told that it just came in that day. They came out at the 5 week mark and did a great job on the installation, cleaned up all the parts, gave me instructions on the door itself and helped set up the opener on my truck. I would recommend this company for a new garage door
